Investigation On Anti Doping Education For Youth Athletes In Hebei Province

For a long time, using stimulant of the athletes is a serious problem which various countries are unable to avoid. The phenomenon not only affects athlete’s physical and moral integrity, it threatens the existence and development of athletics sports.As a result of the huge harm, IOC started to implement the stimulant examination at Grenoble winter Olympics in 1968,it began the prologue officially with the stimulant struggle. On November 10, 1999 in the Swiss Lausanne, the world counter-stimulant organization was proclaimed which obtained support by IOC and governments around the world. From then on, the world counter-stimulant work had the separate operating agency. Our government has promulgated "Counter-Stimulant Rule" in 2004, which strengthened counter-stimulant legal framework construction, and became the milestone of counter-stimulant work in China. On November 13, 2007 the Chinese counter-stimulant center was established by National Sports Bureau in Beijing, which was an important action in counter-stimulant work. On January 1, 2015, "Counter-Stimulant Policing method" and " Stimulant Control In Sports General rule" implemented officially, the two rules had constructed counter-stimulant system with "the People’s Republic of China Sports Law" and "Counter-Stimulant Rule" together in our country.Although all countries and organizations limit and cease using stimulant, the trail still covers up difficultly. In the last few years, using stimulant has the tendency that spreads to the young people from adult.The main age of young people is between 12 to 18 years old. The men of this age are generally persons with no capacity or with limited capacity, and their mental are not completely mature. In addition, they lack objective and rational analysis to distinction between right and wrong. They also lack active defense and correct judgment to adverse effect which comes from society. As a traditional sports province, HeBei province attaches much significance to the counter-stimulant work in athletics sports process. However, the stimulant contrary events also occur sometimes in recent years.Based on this, through document research method, interview method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics method, the article invested the present situation of counter-stimulant education in Hebei Province, by means of questionnaire for the young athletes who attended the fourteenth sports meeting of Hebei Province. The article discovered the main question of counter-stimulant education, analyzed and studied the formation thoroughly, finally proposed correlation and feasible suggestions, in order to provide diagnostic data and theory basis for young people counter-stimulant educational work in Hebei Province and even the national.The research comes to the following conclusions: young athletes acquire poor knowledge about counter-stimulant in Hebei Province; Coaches are main avenues to acquire counter-stimulant knowledge for young athletes, but the counter-stimulant education ability of coaches is bad; Sending study material is the main way of counter-stimulant education to young athletes, but the result of this educational way is not efficient; There are not enough professional during counter-excited work in Hebei Province; The process of counter-stimulant education lack normalization and comprehensive in Hebei Province.Through the above research, the article put forward relevant suggestions: Strengthen counter-stimulant publicity and education to young athletes; Train specialty counter-stimulant personnel; Strengthen counter-stimulant education and occupational ethics education to coaches of young athletes; Strengthen counter-stimulant development education in our province; Formulate the assessment method of counter-stimulant education; Expand propaganda education method of counter-stimulant.
