Research On Humanistic Care Of High-level Athletes In Colleges And Universities In Hebei Province

Humanistic care is the pursuit of education.Integrating humanistic care into the educational work of colleges and universities can enable colleges and universities to play an active and important role in respecting students' main position,exerting students' subjective initiative and shaping students' personality development.It also provides advantageous reference for the realization of the goals of talents training in colleges and universities.As a special group of college students high-level athletes both students and athletes in the arena.They must not only complete their cultural studies which are weak,but also train hard to achieve outstanding results in the competition.The dual identity determines that they have more tasks,more efforts,and more pressure,so they need more humanistic care.Through investigating and analyzing the current situation of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei Universities,studying the index system and effective ways of implementing humanistic care,I want to contribute my strength to the all-round development of outstanding high-level athletes in Hebei Universities.This paper,through analyzing high-level athletes humanistic care in Hebei Universities,analyzes and studies the implementation of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei universities by means of literature,investigate,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.The research process is mainly divided into four stages.The first stage,through the search for a large number of documents and materials,extensively studies the connotation of humanistic care,and implements expert interviews and investigations on its scientificity and rationality.In the second stage,this paper designed a questionnaire for students of high-level athletes in Hebei province,and analyzed the positive and negative points through studying the implementation of high-level athletes' humanistic care in Hebei province.In the third stage,the author used the theories about humanistic care and Delphi method to complete the construction of the index of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei universities.In the fourth stage,the author studied and put forward the implementation ways of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei universities.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.Through the investigation and study of the implementation situation of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei universities and colleges,it is found that the colleges and universities in Hebei province are relatively good in the formulation of management methods for high-level athletes,the arrangement of teaching courses,and the establishment of campus environment.However,there are still deficiencies in the attention to the physical and mental health of high-level athletes,the investment in material resources,the attention of managers,and the education of professional development of high-level athletes.2.Through the study of the connotation of humanistic care,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,Chinese traditional culture and Marxist theory of humanism,we designed various levels of humanistic care index of high-level athletes in Hebei province,which combined with the goal of training high-level athletes in Hebei province and the practical problems that have emerged in the training process.We filtrate and amended the index by Delphi method,and finally completed the index system of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei province.The index system of humanistic care for high-level athletes in Hebei universities and colleges is composed of 4 first-class indexes,12 second-class indexes and 34 third-class indexes which are concerned about the state of existence,the satisfaction about reasonable needs,the affirmation about dignity and status,and the guidance of professional development.3.This paper puts forward ways of implementation of high-level athletes humanistic care in Hebei province,including the formation of a top-down management system.The leadership pays attention to the top-level design and plays a coordinating planning role.The management clearly defines the scope of official duty and plays on organizational oversight role.The executive layer assumes responsibility for implementation and plays a role in the implementation of details.The high-level athletes have clear role positioning and exert their subjective energy.
