| The implementation of Turn Professional Policy is an important step in improving the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.Under the implementation of the policy,the autonomy of students’ professional choice is improved,and some students get better development opportunities.However,faced with the changes in the professional learning environment and interpersonal environment,the attendant adaptation problem has gradually attracted people’s attention.The subject of the study object for the students who have already changed majors,they are a group of thoughtful,emotional,personality of the living people.Most of the previous studies use statistical methods to reveal the common law.But what is the hidden thing behind "Yes" or "No"," Conformance" or " Nonconformity" ? What are the ideas,attitudes,and opinions of the college students? The qualitative research method provides a new idea for the study of the adaptation of college students who change majors from another more specific and visualized perspective.This article adopts the qualitative research method.It takes three students as a case,to conduct in-depth interviews with them to study their learning and interpersonal relationships overall situation,then analyzes the "common" problem in the process of adaptation.The study found that the professional learning and interpersonal relationships show a big difference among those three students.However,they are all facing academic crisis and interpersonal crisis.Among them,the academic crisis is embodied in the two aspects of "make up classes" and weak professional foundation.The interpersonal crisis is concentrated as a tendency of "marginalized".On this basis,the author tries to construct the influence mechanism of the college students ’ learning adaptation by analyzing the main factors influencing the students’ learning adaptation.The study finds that the subject,the individual and the environment are the main factors influencing the college students’ learning adaptation.Among them,disciplinary factors include professional shift and subject characteristics.Personal factors include learning motivation,learning preparation,learning behavior,learning style,learning goal and coping strategies.Environmental factors include interpersonal environment and learning environment.There are some interactions between environmental factors and personal factors,subjective factors will be applied to the professional factors of professional students.To help the students who change majors to achieve better adaptation,educational administrators can adopt ways to strengthen collective building,improve educational administration,encourage peer assistance,etc.College students should be rational to deal with professional issues,they should also have correct understanding about their own roles and position and actively seek social support. |
