The relationships among interpersonal self-efficacy, family functioning, school climate and interpersonal adaptation are discussed respectively. The research also discusses that the interpersonal self-efficacy plays a completely mediating role in the relationships among family functioning, school climate and interpersonal adaptation. The useful theoretical basis and educational guidance from the valuable materials are expected to improve the secondary vocational students’ interpersonal self-efficacy and the behavior of interpersonal adaptation.The literature analysis and questionnaire are mainly adopted by this research. The 464 students form four Guangzhou secondary vocational school and 200 students from Conghua Technical School are selected as the subjects. The paper discusses the characteristics of interpersonal self-efficacy and the situation of interpersonal adaptation from the perspective of individual development. And it also discusses the relationships among family functioning, school climate and interpersonal adaptation and the mediating role played by the interpersonal self-efficacy from the perspective of practical significance.The followings is the results of the research:1. The interpersonal adaptation of secondary vocational students is in good condition. And there’s obvious difference in it. The interpersonal adaptation is affected by the grade, the gender, the permanent residence and the structure of the family.2. There are correlations among interpersonal self-efficacy, family functioning, school climate and interpersonal adaptation of the secondary vocational students. Family functioning and school climate positively predicted the interpersonal adaptation and interpersonal self-efficacy.
