In recent years, teachers can be regarded as one of the "high risk" industries. And the traditional role of the absolute respect is different; today's teachers carry out the work under the pressure of public opinion and supervision from the campus, parents and the community. Compared with the traditional "teacher",in today's society,teachers proposed from different dimensions and perspectives of the requirements and standards, teachers not only need to "preaching, tuition, FAQ", also need to be able to"emotional labor" as an important aspect of the work of their own standard, should inherit medical students as the teaching philosophy, and the use of correct, positive attitude and communicate to students and parents. So the teacher is a kind of high emotional working population, so it is of great significance to carry out research on the emotional labor. Then the researchers gradually carry out the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, studies have shown that professional identity and emotional labor as the job burnout of an antecedent variables, and burnout closely .Therefore, we hope to through this research, from the emotional labor and job identity two aspects to carry on the exploration of job burnout and reveal the relationship between emotional labor and career identity and job burnout.The questionnaire survey of empirical research methods, combined with elementary school teachers' work a practical design of primary school teachers'emotional labor,career identity and Job Burnout Questionnaire,and through the questionnaire to collect data, the data were analyzed by SPSS statistical method, and draw a conclusion. Through the questionnaire survey and analysis, the following conclusions are obtained:First, the elementary school teachers' emotional labor in gender, seniority does not exist significant differences in marriage,teaching grades and school types have significant differences. Elementary school teachers' professional identities in gender,marital status, years of teaching, the teaching do not exist significant differences on grade, on the types of schools exist significant differences. The elementary school teachers' burnouts in marriage, the teaching do not exist significant differences on grades and school types and gender, seniority exist significant differences. Second,emotional labor and job burnout, professional identity and job burnout were significantly negatively correlated. Third, emotional labor and professional identity have certain predictive effect on job burnout.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' emotional labor, occupation identity and occupation burnout, to explore the differences of each variable in sex, marriage, age, education and other demographic variables are significant; the expression rules of perception scale, primary school teachers' emotional labor strategies scale, teachers' occupation identity scale and occupation burnout scale by emotion analysis of correlation between emotional labor,occupation identity and occupation burnout among the three; according to the emotional labor and occupation identity prediction on occupation burnout, thinking about how to alleviate the negative effects of emotional labor have, in order to improve the working performance of the teachers to provide reference and suggestions abstract content is mainly four aspects: the objective, method, conclusion.The summary results are not listed in detail. In front of the teacher's career is too much discussion.
