Under the educational environment guided by Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era and under the special policy of Hainan Free Trade Pilot Area and the construction of Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics,we should actively deepen the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era,comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers,strengthen the construction of teachers,fundamentally guarantee the quality of basic education,and in the process of education and teaching.We should set up the idea of health first,teach and educate people in our own work,make great efforts to run education,pay close attention to the basic education teachers in Hainan,understand the actual situation of their existence in depth,take the primary and secondary school teachers in Hainan as a sample to study,understand and grasp the status quo of their professional identity,job burnout and Occupational happiness,and carry out the relationship among them.Analysis and research.On the basis of the research results,the author puts forward relevant measures to improve the efficiency of school management,attaches importance to teachers' subjectivity in educational and teaching activities,actively creates a democratic,peaceful and enterprising campus cultural atmosphere,and pays attention to teachers' mental health.Suitably put forward solutions for the career growth of primary and secondary school teachers in Hainan,and promote the reform of basic education in Hainan.In this study,primary and secondary school teachers in Qiongbei County of Hainan Province were selected as samples.260 questionnaires were distributed and 240 questionnaires were collected.The recovery rate was 92.3%.The remaining 228 questionnaires were excluded.The validity rate of the questionnaires was 95%.Three authoritative scales of teachers' professional identity,teachers' burnout and teachers' occupational happiness were used for the research,and the reliability and validity were tested again.The reliability and validity met the requirements.Through descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the survey results,this paper studies the working life status of primary and secondary school teachers in Hainan,and studies the relationship among their professional identity,job burnout and Occupational happiness.Research conclusions: First,the average score of teachers' professional identity is 4.05,and the overall degree of professional identity is higher.The average score of job burnout is2.96,and the overall job burnout situation is low.The average score of Occupational happiness of primary and secondary school teachers in Hainan Qiongbei area is 74.36,and theoverall level of Occupational happiness is high.Secondly,the differences of professional identity,job burnout and Occupational happiness of primary and secondary school teachers in Qiongbei District of Hainan Province are analyzed in terms of gender,age,marital status,teaching age,teaching section,education background,professional title,class teacher,school administrative position and monthly income.Teachers' professional identity has significant differences in marital status and teaching age in ten aspects;teachers' job burnout has significant differences in age,marital status,teaching age and monthly income;teachers' occupational happiness has significant differences in teaching section and whether they are class teachers or not.3.Teachers' professional identity is negatively correlated with job burnout.Teachers' professional identity has a negative impact on job burnout and shows a hindering effect.If the score of professional identity is high,the corresponding job burnout will be low.Teachers' professional identity is positively correlated with Occupational happiness,and teachers' professional identity has a positive impact on Occupational happiness.If teachers' professional identity is high,their professional well-being will be high.In addition,teachers' job burnout has a significant negative correlation with their professional well-being.Teachers' job burnout has a negative impact on their professional well-being,showing a negative hindrance effect.The lower the teacher's job burnout,the higher the corresponding Occupational happiness.4.Teachers' professional identity has a significant impact on job burnout.Job burnout also has a significant impact on Occupational happiness.Teachers' professional identity also has a significant impact on Occupational happiness.Through the analysis of the relationship between the three,it is concluded that job burnout plays a significant mediating role in the relationship between job identity and Occupational happiness.Job identity still has a significant impact on Occupational happiness,with a coefficient of0.191.Therefore,the mediator is a partial mediator,that is,job burnout plays a significant part in the relationship between job identity and Occupational happiness.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,the author takes the construction of teachers as the starting point and foothold of school management,carefully analyses the questionnaire structure and its reflections,and puts forward some strategies from three angles:improving teachers' professional identity,reducing teachers' job burnout and enhancing teachers' occupational happiness.
