As a professional classroom evaluation and observation paradigm,LICC paradigm has been widely used in both theory and practice.The LICC paradigm observes classroom teaching,and includes four elements: student's Learning,teacher's Instruction,Curriculum nature,and classroom Culture.It standardized the basic procedures and key aspects of classroom observation.Since the educational practice is very important for the masters in physical education to improve teaching skills.It is necessary to introduce a method of classroom observation to evaluate the improvement of teaching skills.In this thesis,we introduced the LICC classroom observation paradigm to physics classroom and provided a more targeted classroom evaluation system for the teaching skills improving of the masters in physical education in the period of educational practice.The thesis used case investigation method,interview method and classroom observation method to study three Sichuan Normal University's masters in physical education in the early and late classroom teaching in Chengdu Shishi high school.Through the quantitative analysis of LICC paradigm,the students' and mentors' evaluation,we could give targeted evaluation for the improvement of teaching skills.This thesis consisted of three chapters.First,we clarified concepts of the classroom observation and teaching skills,and summarized the research of the classroom observation in teaching skills.Then we explained the theoretical basis of this study.Next,we chose the key elements of "Teacher's Instruction" to design a classroom observation scale,observe and record the real classes in Chengdu Shishi high school given by three masters in physical education.Finally from the teaching situations,students and mentors to compare the teaching skills,and drew conclusions and pointed out the shortcomings.Based on the quantitative analysis of the LICC paradigm in the classroom,this thesis applied the teaching situation of three Sichuan Normal University's masters in physical education during the educational practice from three aspects: teaching links,teaching activities,and teaching methods.Through this application,hoped to offer some useful reference to the practice of LICC classroom observation paradigm.
