Since March in 2014,academic circles the goals of the ministry of education "morality education" launched "core literacy" and the concrete core literacy and in-depth research.In the existing achievements,based on the theory of practice teaching and reflection on the guidance of research is lacking.Paper depends theory and the view of practice teaching and reflection on some theoretical and practical research,and it's mainly divided into six parts.The first part mainly combed the research status and clarify the “core literacy”,“ideological and political core literacy” and some key concepts.In early 2016,academic circles thought theological and political core literacy includes political identity,rational spirit,legal consciousness and public participation.The second part is based on the existing theoretical research with some aspects of the expanding and deepening.These four parts and three-dimensional targets should be cross relationship,for each part contains knowledge and ability,process and methods,attitudes and values emotional three levels.At the same time,the four parts has close logic relationship and they organize an organic whole.In general,political identification is the value goal and end-result,rational spirit and public participation are ways and means,and legal consciousness is the guarantee.The ideological and political core literacy benefits further breaking the exam-oriented education and cultivating all-round development of people.To get more accurate results.The assessment of ideological and political core literacy should focus on the way of diversification,formative assessment and result evaluation.The third part analyses the second PEP edition textbooks and thinks that the first unit has the rich teaching resources which can be used to cultivate high school students' political ideological and political core literacy.And the material about the public participation is the most.When teachers use these material resources,relevant political identity can be used as establishment situation,teachers can use cooperation to explore ways to strengthen the ideas and options and develop rational spirit,expand the legal knowledge to develop legal consciousness,constantly remind students to pay attention to the relevant laws and regulations in life,teachers can set up simulation activities to let students to experience public participation.The fourth part mainly about questionnaire and teaching design.To evaluate the change of students' ideological and political core literacy,I design two questionnaires includes four relative parts and use them before and after class.And I design teaching plan under the guidance of theory research and teaching resource and pay special attention to built around four key elements of teaching activities.The fifth part is the result of the assessment,by these data,this study designed teaching scheme is better than the current general teaching methods.It can help to improve students' literacy,The institute of design scheme,for the students who has the knowledge base and the ability to learn more and better,the effect is better.For political recognition and rational spirit elements effect is obvious,but legal consciousness and public participation elements in effect is relatively poor.This explains the research results of theory can be combined with the actual work,but also need to pay attention to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and pay more attention to actual life,create more from life experience to learn and cultivate ideological and political core literacy.
