Senior middle school ideological and political courses are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and shoulder the educational responsibility of cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause.The "General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition 2020 Revision)"(hereinafter referred to as the new curriculum standard)deeply analyzes the educational goals of this course,emphasizing that teachers should cultivate students’ core literacy in specific teaching practices.As one of the important components of the teaching design of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,problem design is a key link that affects whether the teaching advocated by the new curriculum standard can be carried out effectively.Good question design can stimulate students’ interest in learning about high school ideological and political courses and their desire to explore questions,promote the development of students’ thinking,morality and ability,and expand an effective way for cultivating the core literacy of the discipline.Strengthening the research on the teaching design of high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of the core literacy of the discipline has become an urgent research topic.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey,literature research and interview,starting from the perspective of the core literacy of the discipline,taking the teaching problem design of high school ideological and political courses as the research object,and answers the teaching problem design of high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of the core literacy of the discipline" what,why,and how.Firstly,the research status,relevant connotation,characteristics,classification and relationship of the teaching problem design of senior high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of the core literacy of the subject are expounded by the method of literature research.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,it makes an in-depth analysis of the main problems and reasons in the design of high school ideological and political teaching problems from the perspective of the core literacy of the discipline.Finally,in view of the current problems and reasons,the principles and countermeasures for the design of high school ideological and political teaching from the perspective of subject core literacy are put forward.The study found that there are some problems in the teaching problem design of high school ideological and political courses from the perspective of the current core literacy of disciplines,such as the deviation of the target design,the inappropriate content design,the single form design,and the unreasonable structure design.The main reasons include lack of awareness,ability,proficiency in methods,environment,etc.According to the existing problems and reasons,it is proposed that the principles of orientation,science,inspiration,effectiveness and innovation should be adhered to.Innovating the method of problem design based on subject core literacy,optimizing the environment for problem design based on subject core literacy,etc.to improve the quality of high school ideological and political teaching problem design from the perspective of subject core literacy.Core literacy provides some reference for problem design.
