with the progress of society and the upgrading of knowledge,game has become one of the most important activities in kindergarten.And it is also the most effective way for children to learn.Therefore,how to carry out the game activities and what kind of game activities will be chosen in kindergarten have become a problem for the early childhood education researchers and practitioners to explore.In recent years,carrying out rich and colorful “self-organized plays” has become a beautiful scenery in kindergarten.However,some of educational practitioner giving guidance to children in self-organized plays,they don't have a deeply and completely recognition about the game rule characteristics for children of 5-6 years made.This thesis goes into a kindergarten in Chengdu,studies the children of 5-6 years making games rules in self-organized plays with observation,case analysis,intervention methods.And analyze the game rule characteristics from dynamic perspective for children carrying out the rules and static perspective about the rules themselves.The research results shows that children's age,gender,personality and the peer status have infect the game rule characteristics for children of 5-6 years made in self-organized plays.At last researcher probe the influence factors that intact 5-6 years children making their game rules from internal and external factors.In the end,according to the characteristics of the game rules that 5-6years children made in self-organized play,some suggestion has put forward.
