The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee emphasized the need to promote the rule of law in an all-round manner.The Nineteenth National Congress report put forward "enhancing the rule of law of the entire nation".On March 11,2018,the first session of the 13th National People's Congress voted on the "Amendment to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China," and the amendment changed "Legal Education" to "Rule of Law Education" and expanded The connotation of school law education.The connotation and extension of the law reflects the state's further concern and implementation of the citizens' legal education,and also puts forward new requirements for the legal education of middle school students.At present,junior high school "ideology and morality" has been formally adjusted to "moral and the rule of law," in the "moral and the rule of law," the cultivation of secondary school students in the sense of law is very important,not only the development of core qualities of secondary school students,but also the inevitable requirement of comprehensive management of the country according to law.After a questionnaire survey and individual interviews,the study found that the current "ethics and the rule of law" curriculum in the cultivation of consciousness there are junior high school students lack of legal preparation,the teacher is not a rule of law and accomplishment is not ideal,the teaching method of the rule of law teaching method is single,the evaluation of the sense of law teaching lags behind issues,students The cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law failed to achieve the desired goal.The main reasons for this analysis are:the negative impact of traditional Chinese culture on the rule of law and the rule of law,the weakness of teachers'ability to administer legal education in middle schools,the constraint of traditional education on the rule of law,and the restrictions imposed by the actual conditions on the rule of law.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and causes,the article proposes that we should improve and strengthen the awareness of the rule of law in the "Morality and Rule of Law" class in the following aspects.First of all,the country and the school need to attach great importance;secondly,the rule of law education needs to pay attention to the legal basis of students;in addition,there are also strengthening professional training,enhancing the legal literacy of middle school teachers;updating the educational concept,improving classroom teaching;paying attention to social life,and developing The surrounding resources;and the use of multiple forces to form an educational force.
