With the tide of the educational informatization and digital learning,MOOC is promoting another innovation in human education. However, the process of development is not going smoothly, which is in the doubts of high-registration rate and low-completion rate. How to make full use of MOOC's advantages and realize its practical value worth reflecting for relevant experts and scholars. In the existing research results, improving the level of learners' social interaction is regarded as one of the effective methods to enhance the quality and increase the completion rate of MOOC.According to the Information System Success Model(D&M),Technology Acceptance Model(TAM),Flow Theory(Flow),and Interaction Theory, this article attempts to construct the theoretical model of MOOC learners' social interaction influencing factors by combining the characteristics of internal and external environment in MOOC social interaction platform and the characteristics of learners, extracting the factors that influence learners' social interaction behavior. The model analyzes the social interaction behavior's effect relationship from the external effecting factors(information quality, system quality, service quality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and interaction attitude)based on TAM model, and from internal effecting factors(perceived control, perceived entertainment, absorption and curiosity)based on Flow theory. It aims to further dissect the driving effect from the internal and external factors in the process of learners' interaction to interaction behavior.According to the related theory and the mature scale, this study sets up the MOOC learners social interaction influence factors scale, and selects the research sample from three levels students of a comprehensive university(including undergraduate, master and doctor),then uses the online sojump to get the sample data, finally designs the formal questionnaire after processing test sample by use of reliability analysis and validity analysis.Again sending and recycling the questionnaire, the author conducts the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis on 290 MOOC learners' questionnaire data, and applies Structural Equation Model method to make the theoretical model modify and verify hypothesis, finally proposes strategies to enhance MOOC learners social interaction quality. The results show that,in the external effecting factors of MOOC social interaction, information quality and system quality are important influence factors on learner's perceived ease of use,and service quality directly influences perceived usefulness which is affected by perceived ease of use, also perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness commonly affect learner's interaction attitude, then further affect the interaction behavior; In the four latent variables of internal effecting factors, the correlation coefficient of perceived control and absorption is lower than significant level, therefore it does not support the interaction behavior correlation hypothesis from the two factors, while perceived entertainment and curiosity have the significant positive correlation on interaction behavior. In view of the research conclusion, combined with the current situation of MOOC social interaction, this paper proposes MOOC learners' social interaction optimization strategy from two aspects, the external effecting factors and internal effecting factors. In external aspect, knowledge fusion of social interaction information resources and MOOC resources provides multiple and accurate knowledge service for learners, then the system function's modularized design is used to enhance system's reliability, versatility, maintainability and learner's operating experience;in internal aspect, through personalized intelligent push,it provides learners with comprehensive and accurate support to meet the needs of learners' cognition and emotion;creating flow experience to stimulate learners' internal motivation,in the process of improving cognitive development level, obtain the sense of entertainment and curiosity to promote positive interaction. This paper is composed of six chapters. The main contents are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, the main research contents and methods, research status of social interaction of MOOC at home and abroad, and sums up the problems and limitations of current research on the social interaction of MOOC.The second chapter outlines the concept and connotation of social interaction, and defines the concept of social interaction MOOC society.Based on the information system success model, interaction theory, technology acceptance model and flow theory, the related factors that influence the social interaction of MOOC learners are extracted. The third chapter constructs a theoretical model based on this theory, puts forward the research hypothesis, the definition of research variables, from the current research of mature MOOC table according to the characteristics of social interaction, this study designs scale measurement index. In the fourth chapter, the MOOC platform learners are tested, and the error, reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by SPSS software.According to the test results, the questionnaire is revised and improved, and the formal questionnaire is issued and returned to obtain data.In the fifth chapter, based on the theoretical model, the structural equation model of this study is constructed by using AMOS.The model is revised by model parameter estimation and evaluation, and the hypothesis is verified. The sixth chapter summarizes and discusses the research results.According to the present situation of MOOC learners' social interaction, this paper gives an operable promotion strategy, and discusses the limitations and future prospects of the study.
