Study On Issue And Countermeasures Of Teachers' Ethics In Private High School

Starting from the characteristics of teachers,this article explores the connotation of teacher's ethics from three aspects: the starting point,the soul and the core.Using the form of questionnaires,the exploratory factor analysis of statistical methods found the teacher's moral structure contains the factors.Ideal and faith,division of love,sense of responsibility,impartiality,democracy,demeanor and learning ability is an important part of teacher's ethics.Based on the teacher 's ethics structure,combined with the interview survey,taking H high school teachers as an example,the article finds out the problems of teachers' ethics in private high school teachers,occupation attitude loyalty is not high,the lack of teaching efficacy,do not play on students' care,nominal responsibility,diffusion,up to him,for the eccentric distinction students,weak democracy etc.And found that there are six reasons for the existence of teachers' professional ethics: the school lack of operational teachers' ethics,school utilitarian tendencies ignore the construction of teachers and teachers' ethics,teachers' ethics in the understanding of the connotation of teachers stay in the normative level,teachers are driven by economic interests ignore the teachers' ethics,bad gift culture damage teachers' ethics image,bad campus public opinion Destroying the image of teachers and deeds,teachers and students do not communicate channels impede the students think of teachers.In this paper,based on the analysis of the structure of teachers' ethics and the construction of teachers' ethics,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of teachers' ethics from the two dimensions of school and teachers themselves.The school to promote teachers' moral construction to teachers as valuable talents,attach importance to moral construction;to strengthen the theoretical study,cultivating ideals and beliefs;pay attention to the humanistic care,improve the treatment of teachers;resist the bad cultural invasion,establish the ethics model;improve the ethics system,establish evaluation of incentive mechanism;rich community activities,promote teachers and normal communication.The most fundamental thing is to enhance teachers' trust and rely on teachers,this paper points out that the correct ideals and beliefs,love love students,the courage to play the sense of responsibility,impartiality,justice democracy consciousness is the main measures of personal ethics to enhance the level of teachers.
