With the development of social economy, higher vocational education in the process of China's social and economic development is more and more important. In recent years, the higher vocational education in China has gotten a substantial development and made great achievements. Especially at present, China has entered into a comprehensive transformation and upgrading period, the social economic development has entered a phase of innovative development, deepening the reform, is actively promote the popularization of higher education process. The current higher vocational education to win new development opportunities, facing the socialeconomy and industrial transformation and upgrading, the higher vocational education plays an important role for cultivating socialist modernization construction. Over the past 15 years,the higher vocational education has trained a large number of senior practical talents for every profession and trade, made a positive contribution to promote the social and economic development, and established its status in the whole higher education.With the rapid development of socialist educational cause in our country, private higher vocational education has gotten rapid development, private higher vocational education teachers' group is also growing, from the original mainly in the basic education teachers in private groups and gradually tend to the to private colleges and universities teachers as the main body. According to the statistics show that by the end of 2013 private higher vocational colleges teachers' nationwide reach or over 350 thousand,and at the same time, with the development of private higher education of higher vocational education and the all continues to grow. With the development of private higher vocational education teachers' grow, they also began to enter gradually into the people's horizons, to become the topic of people pay close attention to.Because of cognition and cognitive bias from the government and the social level towards the private higher vocational colleges and teachers working in them, the teachers can't correct their attitude, can't realize the importance of their work, thus affects the spanning development of private higher vocational education, but also affects the construction of harmonious society in different degrees and development, which influence the development of higher education in China's strategic objectives. Therefore, this article attempts to study and reveal the problems of private colleges and their teachers as an example in Guangdong, through the development of higher vocational education and higher vocational teacher education research. And at the same time, standing in the perspective of political civilization and political ethics put forward some objective and practical. Suggestions. All these have positive effects on promoting the harmonious development of higher vocational education, especially on the development of private higher vocational education, current management mode, management system and application,they must promote private higher vocational education teacher's enthusiasm and have the positive reference value.
