Development Of Private Education In China Countermeasures

Since the Chinese reform and opening, under the support and encouragement of the Party and the government, private education has been greatly developed and is now becoming an important component of our education. The rapid development of private education lies in the international and domestic background and cause. At present, to encourage and develop private education is the general tendency of the world education development. Nearly all the developed countries and many developing countries have quite advanced private education system, and gained remarkable achievements. On the contrary, private education of our country, at present, still stays in the primary stage. In order to keep up with the education development of the world, promote and perfect the system of the marketing economy of our country, and perform the project that "Science and education make a country rise.", our government attaches much importance to private education and views it as one of the important strategies in education. Private education has already become the issue which is generally concerned in the whole society.This article expounds the following three issues with the method of combining theory with reality and comparison.The first chapter is to explain the implication of private education and the significance of developing it, which covers the meaning of the implication of private education, the strategy purpose and the pressure of the times of devoting major efforts to promote private education development at the stage of establishing the socialism marketing economy system.The second chapter is to analyze the problems of developing private education, The aim of this part is to analyze the process and the pattern of educational development, the conditions and qualities of running a school, the environment of teaching, comprehensive achievements of the status of private education development in our country, then provide bases for thestrategy of developing national private education.The third chapter is the suggestions of developing private education of our country, which covers four aspects-our private education should take a way of connotation, correct and manage it in accordance with law, lay stress on the features for running a school, improve the supervision qualities and comprehensive achievements, and then provide the theoretical bases and direction of the concrete operation for the development our national private education course systematically and creatively.
