The Research On Generation Relationship Difference And Tendency Of Youth And Middle Aged From Ulan Bator Mongolia

It is very important to study the difference of the lifestyle of Mongolia's youth and middle aged in the context of social change.Ten years ago,Mongolia was regarded as a "youth area",and now,whether from a population or from a point of view of the social,Mongolia has become a �youth� country.Data in the end of 2015 shows that 65.1% of the population in Ulan Bator is under the age of 35.This study attempts to answer the following questions: how social change and change affect the status quo,characteristics and the differences in the way of life of this generation of youth and middle aged.This study will examine the economic and social development of Mongolia in recent years,and its impact on the social life of Mongolia through the investigation of the relationship between the two countries.With the change of social structure,some changes have taken place in the way of life,values and future goals.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the changes and trends of intergenerational relations between the youth and middle aged from the perspective of the differences in values.Finally,in recent years,the research on the relationship between the youth and middle aged in Mongolia is not enough,which is another reason for me to choose this topic.It is hoped that through the research,it will arouse the attention of the academic circles and society in Mongolia.In this paper,the relationship between the youth(25 to 35 years old)and middle aged(45 to 60 years old)in Ulan Bator is studied: First,values and life goals in youth and middle aged;second,family problems in youth and middle aged;third,leisure style in youth and middle aged;fourth,moral level and communication problems in youth and middle aged.Through the research,we can we can conclude that the family is the most important to the youth and middle aged in Ulan Bator,the second is health,and the third is the parents.For the middle aged,psychological balance and character,morality is the most important,but for the youth,friends and education is more important.Although in the survey was taken between youth and middle aged of Ulan Bator city,they choose "self-employed","accumulation of money","ownership" and other aspects of the material demand is the short term valuable thing,but they still tend to evaluate the value of the spirit of the world.To sum up,nowadays people's relation is divided into 3 parts;first,�unfriendly and inhumanly relation�;second,�wanted reward and payback relation�;third,�work position,fame,and heritage is important relation�.It is emphasized here that the results of this survey are contrary to the assumptions by me before the survey,and the contradiction between the youth and the middle aged is relatively small.But it is a pity that the good quality of the human spirit,the friendly relationship,the free help,the pure and kind heart is all extincting.Because of the disappearance of humane care between people,even if there is a relationship between people,still feel lonely,that is,the phenomenon of loneliness in the crowd.On the one hand,to measure between people of all interests with money,advocating practical relationship,excessive advocating personal assets,as the goal of life,the relationship between people alienated in material interests;On the other hand,something exists in people's heart with the most convenient means benefit ideas,from the top to the bottom of the exploitation of the work of others behavior,psychological darkness,in order to achieve the above goals,to become a normal use unscrupulous divisive tactics,even illegal use of violence.The members of the society is characterized by freedom of religion,freedom of speech,freedom and power have appeared,the choice of more and more people,but people have no way to form a valuable mainstream spiritual asset.Country,national,humanitarian and other people's spiritual foundation has begun to fade.Generally speaking,the cultural heritage has become the spiritual asset of the people,and the formation of the inner world can be the formation of human nature.But in today's society,there is no way to internalize these spiritual heritage into people's hearts.On the one hand,we should not only pay attention to the entertainment and service of culture,on the other hand,it also needs to guide people's cultural development direction and the right target correctly.Now the old values of the Mongolian structure has been broken,the new value structure has not yet formed and failed to form a belief.Therefore,the old and new mixed,some values are only interested in the existence of its characteristics.Although this is the case,but now the Mongolian values can be summarized as follows: Focus on the Western values of private equity and egoism,the socialist values that depend on others and the public ownership,and the value of the moral values of nomadic culture.The main change of modern people's values is the tendency of the transition from socialist values to Western or world values.Although this phenomenon is in some ways conflicts with the traditional values of nomadic culture,but the western social values are still in many conditions will be incorporated into the Mongolian culture.In addition,many people do not insist on their own values.This research mainly absorbed Herbert Spencer,Talcott Parsons,Ralf Dahrendorf the theory of "Social Change",and the theory of "Social State" by Auguste Comte,author of the paper.Related to the impact of the social environment,in this case,especially young people and information media tools become very close contact.In addition to the enjoyment of artistic and cultural works and the enjoyment of public information tools should also be used in the development of personal growth,social development beneficial to the unity of the work of the organization.Therefore,it is necessary to regulate the educational activities of media tools,to improve the moral standards,to promote the moderate and balanced cultural activities,and to meet the needs of people.In relation to family relations,the government's policy should be suitable for the growth and formation of the real Mongolian people.What are the tasks that families need to accomplish in a non-educational society? Policies should be clearly pointed out.And social values,and now the phenomenon of cultural and artistic treasures more and more open to the negative effects of the world is also emerging.Traditional education,the traditional moral concept needs to be spread.It is a matter of course that the tradition has changed in the cultural sense,but it should be accepted as part of the progress of the part that is not useful for the present,and should adopt the truly advanced culture in the world.
