Research purposes: The purpose of motor skills learning is to have the perfect performance in the real situation. How to design training courses,so that the actors get the most learning effect is the subject that any coach and teacher must pay attention to.Since Barton put forward the contextual interference, the study of this phenomenon in the field of sports research has received the attention of many researchers. But the research for different contextual interference under the tennis action skills is still less. This study is used in real physical education context exploreing the effects of group training methods, sequence training methods and random training methods on the skills of tennis students studying the serve skills, and providing the theoretical basis for PE teaching and training.Research methods: Useing methods of literature, expert interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,Selected 36 students from the University of North Central tennis students as the experimental object, divided into group training group, sequence training group and random training group, take Flat shot-Sidespin-ball and Topspin-ball three serve as a task.,a three-week teaching experiment was conducted on the subject.48 hours after the end of the experiment, useing ZEPP-Tennis record the student's learning results.Chooseing accuracy, action score, total score, swing speed, batting speed, rotation degree, shooting time and batting time as a test indicato, comparing the differences between the three groups,to find the inherent law of contextual interference.Research results:(1)In the maintenance phase, there were significant differences among the three groups on serve accuracy score and total score(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences on action score(P>0.05).Among them, random training group got the highest score, sequence training group followed, fixed training group is the worst.(2)In themaintenance phase, there were significant differences among the three groups on rotation angle of over spin(P<0.05),sequence training group did the best performance, random training group followed, fixed training group is the worst. And there were no significant differences on the swing speed, batting speed, rotation degree, shooting time and batting time of flat ball and side spin(P>0.05).There were significant differences among the three groups on average batting time(P<0.05).The rest are no difference(P>0.05).(3)In the migration test phase, there were significant differences among the three groups on serve accuracy score and total score(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences on action score(P>0.05).Among them, random training group got the highest score, sequence training group followed, fixed training group is the worst.(4)In the migration test phase, there were significant differences among the three groups on rotation angle of over spin(P<0.05),sequence training group did the best performance, random training group followed, fixed training group is the worst. And there were no significant differences on the swing speed, batting speed, rotation degree, shooting time and batting time of flat ball and over spin(P>0.05).There were significant differences among the three groups on average swing speed and batting speed(P<0.05).The rest are no difference(P>0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Contextual interference is the largest random training group training, maintain test results and migrate test scores are the best. The contextual is centered on the training of the sequence training group, maintain test scores and migrate test scores are also centered. The contextual interference is the training of the group training group, maintain test scores and migrate test scores are also the worst.(2)The experiment achieved the desired effect, for tennis special subjects, higher contextual interference is more conducive to tennis tee technology--contextual interference effect appears.Indicating that in the special course of tennis teaching, contextual interference theory is very applicable, more conducive to improving the skills to adapt.(3)Arranging teaching through randomized training,so that the subjects obtained a significant technical learning effect and migration effect. It is proved that high contextual interference can not only improve the technical ability of students in tennis specialty. The ability of students to adapt to the new technology environment has alsoimproved significantly.
