The goal of the college tennis professional courses for PE majors is to make students understand the basic rules of tennis,master the basic theoretical knowledge,basic skills and basic skills of tennis,and have the ability to teach tennis lessons in primary and secondary schools and guide the public to develop tennis..In recent years,the research results of psychological intervention based on mindfulness received in the field of psychology have received extensive attention,and it also provides a new research perspective and research field for the application of sports psychology in China.In sports practice,mental intervention based on mindfulness acceptance has also been recognized by athletes and coaches for improving athletes' athletic performance.On the basis of the theory of mindfulness training,this study uses the tennis program as a carrier,and uses literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,and experimental methods to test psychological intervention methods based on mindfulness acceptance as a way to train students in physical education.The effect of psychological intervention on motor skills learning,and the feasibility of using mindfulness training in general tennis courses for college sports majors.In this study,a single-factor unrelated sample experiment design was used to select students from two classes of the 2016 physical education major of the Guangzhou University of Physical Education.A total of 70 students were selected as experimental subjects.The groups were divided into experimental groups and control groups according to the nature teaching classes.One class was 35 in the experimental group and 35 in the control group.The control group adopts the traditional teaching method.The experimental group combines the concepts and methods of mindfulness training with the traditional teaching method under the premise of following the teaching routine,and carries out the teaching of four basic tennis skills for a period of 16 weeks(32 hours)for one semester.Experiments,and collect the righteousness level and tennis skills test scoresof the two classes before and after the experiment.The teaching experiment results are as follows:Before the experiment,the two groups of students' mindfulness level and tennis sport skill level test results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of students' mindfulness level and tennis sport skill level,and they were homogenous.After the experiment,there was a significant difference in the students' mindfulness between the two groups,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.The comparison results before and after the experiment: There was no significant difference in the mindfulness level of the control group,but there was a significant difference in the mindfulness level of the experimental group and was higher than Before the experiment.The results show that mindfulness training can improve the level of mindfulness of physical education college students.After the experiment,the comparison results between the two groups of students' tennis sport skill level groups are as follows: effective back and forth hitting,drop point control,effective interception of hitting ball,effective hitting of serve,very significant difference,and obvious control of landing point control.Differences,and the experimental group scores are higher than the control group;scores of the tee drop control indicators are exceptional.Before and after the experiment,there was a significant difference in the level of tennis skill between the two groups of students,and the score after the experiment was higher than before the experiment,indicating that the teaching method combined with mindfulness training can achieve the teaching goals and requirements,while the students learn tennis skills.The effect is better than traditional teaching methods.Analysis conclusion:(1)Mindfulness training can improve the students' righteous thoughts,promote students' attention to current consciousness,focus on the perception of internal and external physical and mental environment,observe the changesand results without judging consciousness,and promote students' awareness and behavior of mindfulness.(2)In mindfulness training,practitioners focus on the current behavioral experience,so that practitioners can perceive changes in the internal and external environment and make reasonable adjustments,which are conducive to the formation of ball sensation and the development of ball control ability.In the process of hitting the ball,it can smoothly complete the swing movement,which will promote the learning and mastery of college students' tennis skills.(3)Without breaking the teaching routine,combining the theories and methods of mindfulness training with traditional teaching methods to intervene in college students' skills in tennis learning can improve the effectiveness of students' tennis skills learning.
