Acquired helplessness is a term put forward by American psychologist Saligman in the study of animals.It refers to the mental state and behavior of an individual who is powerless when facing problems after long-term setbacks and failures.At present,scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the generation mechanism and Empirical Study of learning helplessness,and relatively few studies on learning helplessness in sports field.Therefore,this study combines the learning of tennis students' sports skills with the theory of acquired helplessness,develops a measuring tool to measure the learning helplessness of tennis students' sports skills,explores the demographic differences of the learning helplessness of tennis students' sports skills,extends the application field of the theory of acquired helplessness,and improves the learning of tennis students' sports skills.The status quo of sexual helplessness provides reference opinions.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,issuing open-ended questionnaires and interviewing tennis students,this study compiles a questionnaire on the learning helplessness of tennis students' sports skills,and investigates the current situation of the learning helplessness of tennis students' sports skills.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The tennis-specific college students' motor skills learning learned helpless questionnaire consists of four dimensions: emotional helplessness,behavioral helplessness,motivational helplessness and cognitive helplessness.(2)The internal consistency coefficient of the four dimensions of the questionnaire is between 0.865-0.903,and the overall internal consistency coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.878.After 4 weeks,the retesting reliability coefficient of each dimension of the questionnaire is between 0.709 and 0.864.The degree coefficient is 0.877.It shows that the questionnaire has good reliability.(3)The content validity of the questionnaire is in line with the purpose of this study.The indicators of structural validity are ideal,and the model has good fitting degree,indicating that the questionnaire has good validity.(4)The total score of the learned helplessness of the tennis speciality college students' sports skill learning is not high,and the tennis special student's motor skills learning and learning helplessness is generally low,at the middle and lower levels.(5)There are significant differences between girls and boys in the four dimensions of emotional helplessness,behavioral helplessness,motivational helplessness,cognitive helplessness and total scores.Girls' acquired helplessness is higher than that of male students.(6)Urban students and rural students have significant differences in emotional helplessness,behavioral helplessness,and overall scores.Rural students are less likely to lean helplessness than urban students(7)There are differences in the three dimensions of the emotional helplessness,behavioral helplessness,cognitive helplessness and total scores among the sophomores and juniors and seniors;the big and second grades are not helpful in motivation.There are differences in the fourth grade.Freshmen have the highest degree of learnability and helplessness,and seniors have the lowest level of learning helplessness.(8)There are significant differences between the amateur level students and the professional level students in the four dimensions of emotional helplessness,behavioral helplessness,motivational helplessness,cognitive helplessness and total score.Amateur level students are more likely to learn helplessness than professional level students.
