Objectives: Based on the domestic and foreign research on the "contextual interference effect" applied in the field of sports skills,especially the lack of research on the influence of contextual interference on the training skills of athletes,choosing the serving skill of table tennis and the receiving skill of table tennis as the operating tasks,this paper discusses the influence of contextual interference on the education of table tennis from the two dimensions of the level of individual skill level and the action procedure of the operation task.Summarize its rules,and further verify the contextual interference effect.Methods: ?In the first study,36 table tennis players(divided into 3 groups,12 in each group)and 36 non-athletes(divided into three groups,12 in each group)were selected as the subjects of the study,and the service of forehand backspin was used as the operational task.?In the second study,36 table tennis players(divided into three groups,12 in each group)were selected as the subjects of the study.Using flip skill,forehand push long skill and backhand twist skill as operational tasks.The subjects were given skills Pre-test,post-test(acquisition test)and 24-hour retention test.Result: ? Experiment 1: The post-test scores of the three groups among the 72 subjects,the gradual exercise group was significantly higher than the block exercise group(P< 0.05),and the random exercise group was significantly better than the block exercise group(P<0.05).The retention test scores of the three groups were significantly higher than those of the Pre-test(P<0.05).? Experiment 1: In the post-test scores of athletes,the gradual exercise group was significantly higher than the block exercise group(P<0.05),and the random exercise group was significantly higher than the block exercise group in retention test scores(P<0.05).After intervention,the retention test scores of progressive exercise group and random exercise group were significantly better than those of Pre-test(P<0.05).There was no difference in the score of the block practice group between the retention test and the Pre-test.(P>0.05).?In experiment 1:There was no significant difference in the scores of post-test and retention test among non-athletes(P>0.05).The retention test scores of the three groups after intervention exercise were significantly higher than those of the pre-test(P<0.05).?Experiment 2: There was no significant difference in flip,forehand Push long,twist and total score among the three techniques in the Post-test scores(P>0.05).?Experiment 2: In the retention test of athletes,the scores of flip and twist were not significantly different between the three groups(P>0.05),and the score of forehand push long skill was significantly better in random exercise group than that in block practice group(P<0.05).The total scores of the three skills were significantly higher in the random exercise group than in the block exercise group(P<0.05).Conclusion: ? On the whole(athletes and non-athletes)there is a contextual interference effect when taking the same action program as the exercise task.Random method is significantly better than the block method.Overall in the three intervention methods of the practice of table tennis serve point accuracy significantly improved.? When athletes take the same action procedure as the training task there is contextual interference effect and the random method is significantly better than the block method.The accuracy of table tennis serve landing point in both random and gradual was significantly improved,but the athletes in block practice did not get a significant improvement.? Non-athletes do not have the contextual interference effect when taking the same action procedure as the training task,and the gradual exercise method is relatively good,but there is not significantly than the other two methods.The three methods of practice make the accuracy of the serving of the non-athletes to be improved significantly.?When different movements are taken as the task,the athletes have the contextual interference effect in the practice of three kinds of service receiving skills,and the random method is significantly better than the block method and the gradual exercise method.Contextual interference effect is present in the practice of the simpler forehand push long skill,but this effect is not present in the more complex flip skill and in the practice of twist skill.
