Bullying is a special type of aggressive behavior, widely found in the primary and secondary schools in various countries. In recent years, with the exposure of many vicious campus bullying events, people begin to pay more attention to the bullying on campus.Studies have shown that about 10%-20% of primary and secondary school students are involved in bullying,in which both the bully and the victims have suffered a lot. However,in primary school, school bullying is normally regarded as a joke or game slapstick among students, ignored by parents and teachers. It leads students concerned to psychological problems, who may become the “high risk group” when entering into high school and even community.By focusing on the bully, this study attempts to design a comprehensive cognitive and behavioral intervention, the bullying and other improper behaviors have been less,in order that the students can enjoy the happy and healthy growth. This paper collects the influencing factors of bullying behavior by bibliographies, and designs the effective intervention plan for the characteristics of high bullying students through the cause analysis.Adopting peer and teacher nominations combined with interviews and questionnaires(CBCL Children's Behavior Scale-Parents Edition),this research integrates the quantitative and qualitative study method to analyze the effect of intervention. The group-intervention is employed to the chosen 5 bullies and their parents for 2.5 months, through which we can comprehensively train the students' cognition, emotion, behavior and meanwhile we can guide and rebuild the parents of the parenting way.The results reveal that the comprehensive cognition behavior group intervention program is effective, and it can significantly reduce the students' bullying behavior and other confrontational and disciplinary problem through the intervention of students and parents and improve the students' interpersonal relationship.
