In recent years,with the popularity and development of online media and mobile phones,cases of school bullying have been exposed constantly.The findings come from an analysis of bullying incidents that have come to light in recent years.The methods of school bullying are cruel and diverse,involving a large number of objects,which bring serious harm to the growth and development of students,and at the same time cause adverse social impact,which has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.It has also prompted scholars in the field of education,psychology and law to pay attention to this phenomenon.Scholars have carried out research in terms of the definition of the concept of bullying,its forms of expression and harm,and explored ways to intervene in school bullying by combining theories and methods of different disciplines.At the government level,policies and regulations are actively formulated to provide policy support and guidance for the governance of school bullying.As a practical major,social work aims to help others and help themselves.In the case of school bullying,it is necessary to give full play to professional advantages and apply professional methods to provide new ways to solve school bullying.During intern ship in Y primary school in Yong ren county,Chu xiong prefecture,Yunnan province,the author found that the school had bullying problems through contacting high-risk children.Therefore,it is found that teachers,parents and students have a biased perception of school bullying and have a vague understanding of it,and often ignore its existence.In terms of approach,due to the inherent role differences between teachers and students,the intervention in school bullying is usually dominated by criticism.The intervention in school bullying focuses on publicity rather than implementation,and there is a lack of systematic intervention and prevention of school bullying.Therefore,based on the interviews and needs of teachers and students' parents,the author redefines school bullying according to the specific situation.The method of teacher nomination and peer nomination was used to identify the service objects as,deviant bullies.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory,cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory,group activities are carried out with cognition-emotion-behavior as the main line to help team members establish correct cognition of school bullying,improve emotional empathy ability,reduce bullying deviant behavior and establish good peer relationship.Secondly,from the perspective of class and family intervention in the study and life of team members,systematic intervention is adopted to build a system for preventing bullying.Suggestions on preventing and intervening school bullying are summarized through practical intervention of social work,which provides a practical basis for the intervention of social work in school bullying.
