Physical training is an important link in the tennis training,tennis physical training should be according to the characteristics of the physical characteristics of tennis and the combination of individual development of athlete's physical fitness,both by the general physical toward special physical transformation,and should be targeted for training team,combined with the technical characteristics,the actual game players and technical training,to develop a set of suitable training programs,so as to improve the tennis athletes' competitive ability.This paper using the method of literature,logical analysis,tracking method,mathematical statistics method,test monitoring,theoretical analysis based on the results of research on physical fitness training outside tennis,based in the difference in sports training to physical and technical characteristics of the principle of data analysis of 4 members of the Jiangsu Province Women's sports teams to participate in the Fuzhou games in contrast to the selection of Jiangsu Province Women's tennis team Zhou Mingjun to conduct research and analysis for the effect of physical training.On the basis of the principle of difference in sports training,this paper studies the contents,training requirements and effects of physical training.To draw the following conclusions:(1)to enhance the weakness of physical training "strength optimization" training concept for the athletes to enhance athletic performance significantly enhance the effect of.(2)in the physical training process of female tennis players in our province,different training modes and content arrangement will make the training effect has obvious difference,in the week Mingjun targeted training process found that even is the same as the training program,targeted by the coach individually targeted to enhance the training.Performance and finish than the unified training control group.Targeted training to give full play to the advantages of individual development of athletes,but also play a role in urging them to actively train.(3)there is a great difference between the special physical fitness and the general physical fitness of athletes,and can not look at the general physical ability of athletes in the training process.To the general physical ability into a special physical fitness,which can better enhance the competitive ability of athletes.(4)the training method is effective,training alone experimental study of the Jiangsu women's tennis team players general physical fitness and special physical fitness and athletic ability to enhance the speed and improve the degree of women's tennis team athletes are higher than the general training of datong.
