Research On The Social Work Intervention Of Rehabilitation For The Intellectual Disabled

In China,the group of people with intellectual disabilities is large,the number of people who need to be serviced is large.People with intellectual disabilities are faced with problems such as cognition and behavior due to intellectual barriers,and they have many difficulties in learning,life and social adaptation.For a long time,people with intellectual disabilities and their families are relatively disadvantaged in society,and their demands and difficulties have seriously affected their normal life.They are often more passive in of education,employment and rehabilitation.This paper studies the problems faced by people with intellectual disabilities through literature research,questionnaire survey and participatory observation.With intellectual disabled people as the object of study,and the service platform provided by community,to explore the social work intervention of the rehabilitation on people with intellectual disabilities.It has been found that people with intellectual disabilities have strong demand in self-care ability,community adaptability and interpersonal communication ability.Family members have strong demand in relieving stress and skills training of taking care of people.Based on the theory of ecosystem theory and the theory of rights and social networks,and according to the rehabilitation situation and characteristics of Chinese people with intellectual disabilities,this paper will study how to carry out rehabilitation services for people with intellectual disabilities through projects.The service will combine social work concepts and the rehabilitation of people with intellectual disabilities,and start from three levels of mentally retarded people,their families and their living community.During the meaning time,will provide the relevant reference and recommendations for social work,service skills and community integration service.
