| Report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China calls for improving the social security system and the care and service system for persons with disabilities,To promote the all-round development of the cause of the disabled,This shows the importance of the state to the employment of the disabled,As a relatively vulnerable group of people with intellectual disabilities,Its employment problem should get more extensive attention,Solving the employment problem of the mentally disabled can not only realize their own value,And it can improve social status and reduce family pressure,The forms of employment for people with intellectual disabilities include sheltered employment,supportive employment and integrated employment,At present,the development of sheltered employment in China is relatively mature,The development of supportive employment is still in the exploratory stage,Therefore,this paper will study the supportive employment problem of people with intellectual disabilities.Based on H institutions in Shaanxi Province,guided by the theory of energy enhancement and the theory of superiority perspective,this study adopted group work and case work methods to intervene in the pre-job training and intensive counseling stage of supportive employment for people with intellectual disabilities in H institutions.In the early stage of practice,the data were collected through interview method and participatory observation to analyze the needs of H handicapped people in supportive employment,namely,employment needs;interpersonal communication needs and social integration needs.In the middle of practice,group activities and case work were carried out under the guidance of the energy enhancement theory.After the end of the practice activities,the effectiveness was evaluated from the two aspects of target completion and service satisfaction,and the solutions were proposed to solve the problems existing in the supportive employment of people with intellectual disabilities.After that,we reflected on the practical methods,social workers themselves and the supportive employment development of people with intellectual disabilities,Finally,the conclusions are as follows:(1)group work and case work are feasible and operable in the supportive employment of people with intellectual disabilities;(2)the role of social workers in the practical process is feasible and necessary;(3)energy enhancement intervention is helpful to improve the employment skills of service objects,which can be extended to the supportive employment of people with intellectual disabilities. |
