| With the development and practice of the concept and theory of supporting life,supporting education and supporting employment oriented by "quality of life",a special group of disabled people,the group with intellectual disability,has been widely concerned by the society.In recent years,the party and the government have attached great importance to the disabled.With the enhancement of the awareness of self-advocacy and self-determination of the mentally disabled and the change of parents’ ideas,more attention has been paid to the employment of the mentally disabled in the normal environment,creating a good development environment for supportive employment.Moderate mental retardation due to their own and the environment of some obstacles to their own better growth and life,compared with mild mental retardation,it is more difficult to integrate into society.For the patients with moderate mental retardation in Beijing M rehabilitation center,interview and observation methods were used to collect relevant data of the patients with moderate mental retardation,so as to understand their basic characteristics,main employment difficulties and corresponding needs.Demand analysis of the moderate intellectual disabilities to design individualized service solution,using the method of case work to help moderate the use of intellectual disabilities improve skills,and ability to work,improve the life of moderate intellectual disabilities,social adaptation ability and professional skills,enhance their self-confidence,a sense of accomplishment and quality of life,reduce the burden of the family,promote social harmony and stability.At the end of the paper,the author draws a conclusion on the case study of employment support for people with moderate mental retardation,and puts forward some Suggestions,hoping to be helpful to the employment of people with mental retardation. |
