A Study On The Contribution Of National Institutions To The Prosperity And Development Of National Culture

National institutions are universities that have a "national" mark in the name which are found by the Chinese government to solve national problems and achieve specific political and economic goals under certain historical environment and conditions.National institutions are not only outstanding bases for cultivating high quality minority talents and studying national policies and national theories of our country,but also important places to protect,inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities,and also necessary windows to show our national policy and foreign relations at the same time.As one of the main bodies of national higher education,national institutions are integral parts of the higher education system.The purpose of national institutions is to serve ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.National institutions have made outstanding contributions to popularizing science and knowledge in all nationalities,improving the cultural quality of all ethnic groups,promoting the exchange and integration between the various ethnic groups,and safeguarding national unity,social stability,cultural prosperity,and promoting the comprehensive development of the cultural,economic and social development in ethnic minority areas.This paper aims to explore the contribution of the national institutions in the prosperity and development of the minority culture through the literature method,the system analysis method and the case analysis method,so as to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the prosperity and development of ethnic minority culture,and ultimately achieve the goal of promoting the ethnic and ethnic areas of cultural,economic and social comprehensive and harmonious development.The introduction part introduced the research background,purpose and significance and the related method which is used in this paper.It summarized the existing literature at home and abroad,introduced the research contents and defined the related concepts at the same time.The innovation is that it explored the main manifestations of the prosperity and development of national culture and discusses the function and contribution of the national institutions to the prosperity and development of the national culture for the first time.So it has great practical value and significance to develop the development strategy and policy measures of the national institutions and to improve the level and quality of the sustainable development of the national institutions and ethnic minority areas.The first chapter explained the relevant theoretical basis which was used in this paper,introducing the main representatives and the main point of the domestic and international multicultural education theory and cultural ecology theory,and the contents of this study were closely related to the relevant interpretation respectively,and explained the related contents of this paper.The second chapter combining with the strategic instructions about strengthening the cultural construction of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee,summed up the way of the prosperity and development of the national culture from the cultural heights,cultural self-confidence and cultural self-improvement,which included four parts:inheritance and protection,creation and innovation,propagation and exchange,understanding and agreement.The third chapter mainly discussed the function and the contribution of the national institutions in the process of the prosperity and development of the minority culture,from the personnel training,scientific research,social services,leading culture.This paper discussed the contribution of prosperity and development of the national culture made by national institutions mainly through the invocation of typical cases and related data.The case analysis mainly focused on the contribution to cultural and related disciplines in the aspect of personnel training,the contribution to the protection and inheritance of material culture and intangible cultural heritage,and the creation and innovation of literary and artistic creation,scientific research and literary works and contributions to cultural leadership and identity,propagation and exchange.The fourth chapter summarized the problems in the research process,such as difficult data collection,too broad research field,so many research objects and significant differences,and analyzed and prospected the following research.The final conclusion part,combining with the contents of the previous article,summed up the national institutions' contributions to promote the development of national culture and prosperity,and put forward further suggestions and requirements for the national institutions to better promote the comprehensive development of the national culture and the economy.At the end of this paper,the conclusion was that the national institutions promoted the prosperity and development of ethnic minority culture and progress through the implementation of personnel training,scientific research and other social functions,and national institutions will also contribute to the study of philosophy and social sciences,the protection of national cultural heritage,the maintenance of national unity and so on.
