A Research On The Culture Construction Of The Frontier Minority Arears

School culture is the soul of a school,enlightening everyone’s development.Compared to the culture construction of schools in developed coastal areas and east China, that in frontier minority areas is relatively backward.The construction of schools culture in ethnic minority areas is featureless because of backward economy.By studying the culture construction in in Yanshan Ethnic Middle School, this research aims to explore the culture construction problems and reasons, and put forward the strategies, involving the relationship between the superior and subordinate;external and internal relations and the relationship of tradition and modern, by using literature method, interview method, observation method and other methods.The school has made a lot of efforts and made achievements.But, a lot of problems still exist by the terms of deconstruction of the school culture construction, such as the less outstanding national characteristics, completely different attitude to the school construction between school leaders and faculties and so on.Based on the problems above,the school culture construction should follow the principle of integrity, personalization, adaptability and objectivity, improve school management system,and attaches great importance to the inheritance and innovation of national culture, strengthen the cooperation with experts and scholars to make the school culture construction better.
