Since the reform and opening up for more than thirty years.As China's socialist market economic system changing,state-owned enterprises reform process is distributed throughout the entire process.From the enterprise development to enterprises,the central enterprises into modern joint venture,nature and construction of state-owned enterprises are changing with the social and economic system changes and a series of national policies.Not only affect the social macro level and micro level in the society also caused a series of changes.In the reform of state-owned enterprises brought pressure and frustration under the influence of the social and political status of workers in state-owned enterprises,from the "master" into the "edge" and even some state-owned enterprise workers will belong to the bottom of the social vulnerable groups.This paper takes Shiyan city of Hubei Province Dongfeng Dana Shiyan factory workers as the research object,analysis by way of access to the data of field survey of quantitative and qualitative,and the use of social identity,occupation identity,group identity and future situation of identity includes four dimensions of state-owned enterprises in transition to worker's identity status.The study found that state-owned enterprises after transformation,both groups of workers is a comprehensive identity,or the identity of each dimension showed a downward trend.The relative degree of influence from strong to weak: occupation identity,social identity,group identity,identity and occupation future situation.Identity declined sharply,groups,social identity and future situation were decreased in varying degrees.The transformation of state-owned enterprises on workers' identity The influence mechanism mainly through social identity,occupation,enterprise and its four factors to show.The study found that through the influence mechanism of workers identity transformation of the state-owned enterprises in many ways.Not only through the society,enterprises and other objective factors of workers produce real influence,such as economic income,promotion system etc.through the occupation,their own factors;the subjective impact of potential impact on workers,such as the future occupation planning,evaluation.Through the grasp and problems of workers identity of the conclusion of the show,The workers identity conclusion grasp the transformation of state-owned enterprises have certain effects on workers' identity,the transition period and workers social status,economic level of objective facts relative decline compared with its changes should cause the state and society attention.This study will propose countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects: a state government should give strong support for the policy;two social organizations should expand the social support network,as the balance of social contradiction;three enterprise management organizations can strengthen the internal mechanisms,improve the comprehensive management ability;four groups of workers themselves should pay more attention to emotional communication,improve the relations between the groups.
