In China, the state-owned enterprises control the lifeline of the national economy, the number of workers account for one fifth of the total number of employees or more. In the long run, the quality of state-owned enterprise staff training not only relates to the development of national economy, but also to improve the quality of the nation. At present, some scholars have been done some preliminary theoretical studies on the issue of state-owned enterprise training, but typical in-depth case studies remain in the shallow stage. In view of this, I studied a typical state-owned enterprise, both hoping to get a deeper understanding of the state-owned enterprise training through this study, but also to give some good enlightenments to the following study; at the same time, on practical level, hoping to solve practical training problems for the enterprise, and also to provide a reference for the peer. This article can be divided into three parts, there are theoretical researches, survey analysis and strategy recommendations. In the first part, I defined the concept of enterprise training on the basis of the literature review, and done a more systematic discussion of the basic theory of enterprise training. Part of which focuses on the basic theory of learning organization theory and the theory of training demand analysis and training evaluation theory, which belong to the theory of systematic training. The second part is about investigating and data analysis. Firstly, I use questionnaires, participant observation, interviews, literature method to collect information about the background and training status on the X state-owned group companies (or the "Company"), in which, the training status includes the following aspects:training awareness and strategy, organizations and staffing, training management systems, training resources, training process, training contents, training tools and training methods. Secondly, I use quantitative analysis (SPSS 11.5 software and other data analysis) and qualitative analysis methods to ascertain the company's main training problems:First, it is lack of knowledge of training, and strategic positioning is too low; Second, the training lack of incentive, and management system is not perfect; Thirdly, the teacher quality is not high, and the learning resources are not enough; Fourth, the training forms are out-of-date, and training methods are simple; Fifth, demand analysis is not scientific, and training evaluation is not in place. In the third part, based on the enterprise training framework and the company background, I think five measures should be taken to solve the main training problems of the company, namely, increasing training awareness and creating a learning-oriented enterprises; enhancing the training incentives, and improving the training system; improving teacher quality, and riching in learning resources; learning the good points and weaknesses of different training forms and methods and utilizing of them comprehensively; analyzing training needs scientifically, and carrying out training evaluation in depth.
