In recent years,the international oil price continues to decline,the domestic product oil supply is larger than the demand,the growth of natural gas demand has fallen sharply,and the state-owned oil enterprises are facing a severe challenge.In order to meet the challenges of state-owned oil companies to increase efforts to reform,take various measures to cut costs,reduced efficiency,caused by certain pressure is to employees of enterprises.The middle-aged women workers in state-owned oil enterprises will face the challenges of layoffs and welfare benefits at any time.At the same time,they also have to take care of the family burden of the elderly,children and so on.At the same time,a variety of role pressures lead some middle-aged women workers to have emotional problems.These unhealthy emotions can not be released in a timely manner,which not only affects their physical and mental health seriously,but also has a greater negative impact on their families,businesses and even the whole society.In large state-owned petroleum enterprise H enterprise as an example,the emotional management of the enterprise of middle-aged women to conduct field surveys,found that nearly half of middle-aged women feel work,life stress,and found that the current focus on the emotional problems of middle-aged women and the lack of intervention measures of enterprises is not necessary;pressure and degree of middle-aged women have no obvious correlation obviously,associated with marriage,work department;about 2/3 middle-aged women who think their own emotions have a negative impact on the work;the main reason of emotion and the work of environmental emergencies;state-owned oil companies to manage their emotions in middle-aged women who lack of scientific and effective methods.Group work method as one of the three major methods of social work,its value concept,working skills and working mode make it highly consistent with emotional management.In the rational emotive behavior therapy theory,system theory,and the ecological crisis intervention theory perspective,there will be emotional distress of middle-aged women group,with the help of group dynamics,through group activities to the use of H enterprise group work skills,middle-aged women emotional management problems are involved.Through the summary and reflection,found that group work involved in management of middle-aged women emotional state-owned petroleum enterprise,pay attention to the comprehensive use of social work methods,make full use of group dynamics,improve the ability of self members to solve emotional problems;at the same time also need a good family environment,understanding and support of the family;the enterprise should provide humane care for middle-aged women love,play an important role in trade union workers,attention to emotional problems of middle-aged women;community should be strengthened through self construction,provide comfortable,harmonious and happy living environment for employees.
