| If you ask the elderly around where you want to spend their old age,most people will say "at home".With the increase of the degree of aging in our country,the traditional family pension has been unable to fully meet the needs of the elderly in the modern society.The existing institutions of old-age facilities,the construction of the environment can not adapt to the elderly on the pension environment is getting higher and higher requirements,community home care services gradually become the mainstream of the old age pension options.In recent years,China has introduced a series of standard policies for the pension service system,"13th Five-Year" pension service system documents is the community home care services as one of the key development projects,plans to build a number of nursing homes,Community,community pension service center.However,many of the community building services in the past have neglected the daily behavior and psychological changes of the elderly.The related service facilities are not complete,and the care for the elderly is lacking in the construction of the environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to study and explore the spatial environment design and exploration of community care center for the elderly.The research focus of this paper is to study the characteristics of the physiological,psychological and behavioral activities of the elderly in the urban community,and to examine the relevant literature and standard of domestic and foreign,Analysis of the elderly in urban community pension activities in various functional space of psychological changes and physiological activities needs.At the same time,the paper analyzes the old-age needs of the elderly in the urban community,and analyzes the characteristics of the urban elderly's unique behavioral activities,psychological changes and old-age service needs,and explores the construction and interior design methods of the urban community Older people live in old age in the community. |
