Study On The Participation Of Rural Elderly Association In Community Pension Service

According to the 2010 census,more than the elderly people in China reached 19 million,and those born at several previous birth peaks have gradually entered the old age.We can imagine that the aging of the elderly will become more and more severe.In addition,the proportion of raising the elderly also increased compared with the previous year,and the increase of raising ratio also further shows that the aging situation is increasingly serious and it is in urgent need to take better measures.The aging phenomenon in rural areas is also worth our attention,because rural areas have their weak and insufficient development than cities,so it is more necessary to take positive measures to deal with the pension problem of the elderly.Under this kind of bureau,the rural elderly association "spontaneously" or "urges",gradually share the responsibility of the elderly in rural areas,and provide their own development for the elderly in the village,in order to reduce the burden of the government and families.This article takes W Village and D Village Elderly Association in G Town,Gansu Province,and studies the current situation of the two village elderly associations participating in rural communities.Through visiting the two village elderly association,the author and the association backbone,volunteers,the village elderly in-depth exchanges,and actively participate in some activities collected information,analysis from demand evaluation,service content,service carrier,service evaluation,service volunteers to describe the two village elderly association in community pension service status,on the basis of the development situation,found that the two village elderly association imperfect infrastructure,low professional level of service problems.These problems restrict the development of the rural elderly association,affect the service level of the elderly,so the author uses the regional development model analysis influencing factors,then put forward to cultivate reserve talents,actively recruit volunteers,expand fund raising channels,increase association cultivation,the introduction of local social workers,policy support,expect to G the development of the two village elderly association and provide reference value for the old service work.
