Objective:Through the laboratory environment, using near infrared spectroscopy detection of female college students objectively menstrual cycle is not in the activation of the brain cognitive function at the same time, considering the psychological and physiological indexes, explore the low intensity aerobic exercise of female college students period the influence of cognitive function.Come to the conclusion.Domestic research on menstrual cycle and executive function relatively lack,on the basis of predecessors, this study to broaden the age range in the field of research on estrogen and executive function, for low intensity exercise can ease the female college students period mental, physical discomfort status to provide theory support, adding the suitable for aerobic exercise, generally improve cognitive functions of the subjects. Methods:This study selected no capital institute of physical education sports foundation women 20 undergraduate and graduate students. Each subject specific test requirements and content, after signing of the informed consent, successively four go to the lab.Experimental plan for each participant in the menstrual cycle is not at the same time phase(follicle early, late ovarian follicles, early luteal phase, the next follicles)to laboratory for cognitive tasks,at the same time record the nirs and heart rate variability index analysis is not at the same time and degree of brain activation and emotional differences. After twice follicle early cognitive task, respectively, using both motion and static coupon means of intervention observation movement's influence on the period for female college students' cognitive functions, exercise scheme chooses way his pace, namely on the run to choose aiming at 53% maximum heart rate for 30 minutes for a short time low intensity aerobic brisk walking exercise, wearing a Polar table to monitor the heart rate changes at the same time, control the exercise intensity. The results:1.The menstrual cycle is not phase 2-back cognitive tasks at the same time no difference accuracy and reaction time late follicular relatively early ovarian follicles(P< 0.01),early luteal phase is ovarian follicles(P < 0.05);No difference stroop task accuracy, reaction time late follicular relatively early ovarian follicles(P < 0.05),early luteal phase a follicle no difference.2.30 minutes 53% maximum heart rate after treadmill exercise intensity, positive emotions scale score, and heart rate variability increases overall increased(P < 0.01),the reaction time of cognitive tasks,RPE value decreased,(P < 0.01);The control group no difference before and after resting.3.Watson scale test, late ovarian follicles and early luteal phase a follicle positive emotions, negative emotions, but there was no significant difference in statistics.Conclusions:1.The menstrual cycle is not in at the same time due to the periodical change of hormones, can affect neurotransmitters such as dopamine concentration and activity, and the activation of different levels of the limbic system, including the hippocampus and the amygdala, the anterior cingulate cortex, etc.to perform functions such as working memory.2.Exercise can significantly activated(LPFC)of the lateral prefrontal cortex and the anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)activation, especially the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC),increasing the flow of blood to the brain, improve the executive function.3.Heart rate variability,NIRS,physiological and biochemical indexes such as blood oxygen saturation,RPE values can be combined together with the mood scale psychological indexes such as,reaction to the executive function.4.The female college students small follicle early strength move 20 minutes advisable, can effectively alleviate the discomfort,to improve the positive emotions,to increase blood flow to the brain, activation of the prefrontal cortex, improve cognitive function.
