In recent years,the rate of overweight and obesity of young children is increasing.Overweight and obese primary school students as a part of the group of young children in China,their physical and mental health has been the focus of national and social attention,but also a new subject faced by modern education and psychology.Primary and secondary school is a critical period for the healthy development of one's body and mind,while primary school is the most active time for the development of executive function.Good executive function can make one's psychological cognition,social interaction and adaptability in a healthy development state.A large number of studies have shown that moderate intensity aerobic exercise can effectively improve the executive function of children,while overweight and obese children have certain obstacles and problems in the executive function.Therefore,this study reveals the difference of the effect of different long and medium intensity aerobic exercise on the executive function of overweight and obese primary school students through exercise intervention,and further analyzes the improvement of exercise in overweight and obese groups The time dose effect of executive function provides ideas for improving the executive function of overweight and obese primary school students,and also provides theoretical basis and practical reference for making scientific and reasonable sports program in school sports work.Based on the annual physical health monitoring data of primary and secondary schools,80 overweight and obese primary school students in grade 4 and 5 of a primary school in X city(40 in grade 4 and 5 respectively,40 in male and 40 in female respectively)were randomly divided into four groups(control group,40 in male and half in female and half in grade)by simple random sampling Minute experiment group,30 minute experiment group and 20 minute experiment group).Before the experiment,all the subjects were sent out questionnaires to fully understand and count the physical and mental status and basic physical activity of the subjects.In the experiment,a teacher in the control group organized a quiet self-study in the classroom,and the same teacher in the experimental group used the "basketball + rope skipping" exercise combination scheme in a fixed time and place.Before and after the experiment,all the subjects were measured with the same order of executive function tasks:(1)Flanker task measurement inhibition dimension;(2)1-back task measurement refresh dimension;(3)More odd shifting task measurement conversion dimension.At the end of the experiment,SPSS was used to analyze the data and discuss the change of executive function of overweight and obese primary school students in each group.The results showed that:?There is no significant difference between the groups in terms of inhibition function,refresh function and conversion function,and there is no statistical significance;?Intra group test: there is no significant difference between thepre-test data of inhibition function,refresh function and conversion function in the control group,which is not statistically significant;there is significant difference between the pre-test data of inhibition function,refresh function and conversion function in the 40 minute experimental group and the 30 minute experimental group,which is statistically significant;the pre-test data of inhibition function and conversion function in the 20 minute experimental group are statistically significant There was no significant difference in data,but there was significant difference between the pre-test and post test data in refresh function.Conclusion: ?There was no significant difference in executive function among the control group,20 minute experimental group,30 minute experimental group and 40 minute experimental group;?Compared within the group,40 minute exercise and 30 minute exercise intervention can improve the inhibition function,refresh function and conversion function of overweight and Obese Pupils;20 minute exercise intervention has no significant improvement on the inhibition function and conversion function;?Exercise intervention has a time and dose effect on the performance of overweight and obese pupils.
