| Based on the analysis of stakeholder theory,this paper selects the main stakeholders(mainly PE teacher,student,school,social pattern skipping club,Beijing Municipal Education Commission),combined with the case study of the three schools of the Renmin University of China,Huairou Yanqi School,Chaoyang District Cottage Center Primary School,and the main interests in the process of the skipping in Beijing primary and secondary schools To analyze,Concluded as follow:(1)Beijing primary and secondary school’s PE teachers on the pattern of skipping the sport value is more recognized,PE teachers have a certain pattern skipping skills,but the level to be improved.(2)The relevant leaders of primary and secondary schools in Beijing have a higher degree of recognition of the rope skipping movement.The school encourages and supports the campaign.However,some schools understand the sports in general.The form of the pattern skipping movement needs to be improved.(3)Beijing primary and secondary school students to participate in pattern skipping higher enthusiasm,students expressed great love of the sport,but some schools pay more attention to the results of the game while ignoring the students interested in pattern skipping training.(4)from the overall level of primary and secondary schools in Beijing,students jumping rope skipping skills level increased year by year,some students have reached the level of sports skills to participate in the national competition standards,but the level of differences between students larger,the overall level to be further improve.(5)With the introduction of the relevant policies of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission,the activities of the tricks and rope skipping activities have been provided to the school to provide the school with the support of the skipping rope,which has promoted the development of the movement in primary and secondary schools to a certain extent.,But because of the instability of such institutions training object,so the school pattern skipping education and teaching work there are hidden dangers.(6)The approval and support of the Beijing City Board of Education on the pattern skipping movement is an important foundation for the development of the skipping and rope skipping movement in Beijing.The introduction of the policy and the related activities have greatly promoted the movement of the sports in primary and secondary schools.Relevant departments to deal with the implementation of the policy and the specific implementation of the activities to give more supervision and management.This article to promote the Beijing primary and secondary school tricks to carry out the following recommendations:(1)PE teachers to actively participate in the Beijing rope skipping training,through the network on the relevant video self-learning ropeskipping related sports technology to improve their own pattern skipping skills and teaching skills.(2)the school focus on student interest training,to encourage students to participate in pattern jump rope movement,pay attention to the overall school students jumping rope skipping skills level.(3)The school will be synchronized into the school sports competition competition project or regular races skipping competition,performances,etc.,from many aspects of the pattern of rope skipping into the campus culture.(4)schools to establish a system,scientific pattern skipping assessment methods,different grades to develop different test methods,[not clear,modify.] For different levels of students to teach different levels of pattern skipping technology action.(5)pattern skipping education and training institutions in the development process to gradually improve the training object source,recruiting long-term coaches,to the school output stable,high-quality teachers.(6)government departments to strengthen the social pattern skipping education and training institutions and related clubs supervision and management,so that the relevant policies and activities to carry out and implement a better,to promote the Beijing primary and secondary school pattern skipping healthy and vigorous development. |
