There is an extreme need for education reforms in today's society.However,when it is put into practice,people still find it hard to achieve.Therefore,we must change the teaching methods,otherwise we can't succeed with full of difficulties.It is also urgent for us to find an effective way.Thus,combining with the concept of educational reform and our own teaching practice and methods,and aiming at the current situation of biology teaching in middle school in our country at the same time,we explores a new teaching method that is more adaptable to the needs of the new situation-"problem solving" teaching,on the basis of the existing biological education research results.It shows that teacher gives students questions during the class.Through this way,students explore the answer to the question,can cultivate their scientific literacy and improve their ability to solve problems.By using this way,we can achieve the goals and functions of curriculum reform and cultivate a wide range of talents for the community.In this paper,it is based on the "problem-solving" teaching model and described as follows.First,it specifically described the concept of "problem solving" teaching mode,and analyzed the situation of the current "problem-solving" teaching model at home and abroad at the same time on the basis of a large number of literature.Second,the author did a survey to know about the present situation of biological teaching of first senior high school students and teachers in Baiyun District of Guiyang by interview and questionnaire.At the same time,combining with teaching materials,we put the "problem-solving" teaching model into the biological teaching in order to explore the importance of implementing the teaching model.Finally,on the basis of developing the application research of "problem-solving" teaching model,we can draw a conclusion that is: in the kind of teaching mode,students can be better developed their enthusiasm for learning and their ability to solve problems,so that they can have much more interest in biology research,and more diversified talents can be cultivated for the community at the same time.Finally,we hope that this paper can give enlightenment to middle school teachers who are implementing the "problem solving" teaching mode,and play an important rolein realizing the students' all-round development effectively.We also hope that the paper can provide a little help for the latter researchers.We do hope that "problem-solving" teaching model in the continuous practice can be developed more and more perfectly.
