With today's globalization,the trend of the diversified enterprise composition is more complicated,and the differences between employees are more obvious.This also makes workplace exclusion in the workplace intensified.Because employees in the workplace are ignored and neglected by others,the light makes employees feel depressed,heavy will affect the physical and mental health of employees.On the basis of the original literature,this study explores,the relationship between workplace ostracism,achievement motivation and job performance.However,domestic studies about the workplace ostracism still in a fledging period,studies which draw the achievement motivation as a mediator into the relationship between workplace ostracism and job performance is still less.Based on the view mentioned above,this study chooses 700 employees from all over the country as subjects,and uses Achievement Motivation Scale,Workplace Exclusion Scale and Job Performance questionnaire as research tools to investigate the relationship of employee workplace ostracism,achievement motivation and job performance,and discusses the mediating effect of achievement motivation in the workplace the rejection and job performance.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Achievement motivation of pursuing success dimensions and job performance of task performance,work dedication and interpersonal promotion has significant correlation.In the achievement motivation,there is a significant negative correlation between the workplace ostracism and dimensions of job performance,job dedication and interpersonal facilitation.There is a significant negative correlation between workplace ostracism and job performance,job dedication and interpersonal promotion.There is a significant negative correlation between job exclusion and achievement motivation.(2)Workplace ostracism has a significant negative predictive effect on job performance,job dedication and interpersonal facilitation(3)Achievement motivation of pursuing success dimensions plays a partial mediating role between workplace ostracism and task performance.Achievement motivation of pursuing success dimensions is a partial mediator of the relationship between workplace ostracism and work dedication.
