Mainland high school of Xinjiang Class refers to the selection of outstanding junior high school graduates in Xinjiang to study in the middle and eastern developed cities of China,in order to using the advantages in education of developed areas to improve the educational quality of the backward minority areas. This policy embodies the great concern of the party and the government to the people in the ethnic minority areas, but in the process of implementation there are some culture adaption problems of those students from Xinjiang, which will affect the effectiveness of this policy implementation. For this question,I selected the Xinjiang class in Chonghua Middle School in Tianjin to investigate and understand the status quo.It is found that the problem of culture incompatibility exists mainly in social culture and psychology, such as life, study, language, emotion, body health, social support and social identity. From the perspective of cultural adaptation, the reasons for the existence of the problem can be conclude that the individual emotional psychological problems to overcome and interpersonal interaction.Objectively,it is necessary to take the the production and reproduction of school and other social institutions for the mainstream social and cultural structure, cultural differences With the conflict, the power of the social education model control, lack of social support and community power, cultural "non-continuity" and other factors into concern. And I also give the way to rethink this problem from the perspective of reflection, interaction, multicultural,in order to improve the culture adaption of high school students.
