| Service effectiveness is an important evaluation standard of social work service,how to ensure the effectiveness of the service,has become the research object of many people.Through to the domestic and foreign research results,concluding that the research on social service results show different characteristics: the domestic research on the odd service results,study the effectiveness of a specific service;service level management in Hongkong is more reflected in the overall management level,is more representative of the Hongkong social service quality standards;Taiwan research is more close to the practical work,will summarize the relationship between "program,logic and effect" to a certain extent;the foreign mode and procedural concept of service effectiveness research is relatively strong,is also very detailed,such as the medical field of social services security effectiveness.In the field of social work practice in China,most of them pay attention to output and index,only a small number of social service agencies,practitioners in the exploration and Research on the effectiveness of services.As one of the few institutions in Shenzhen,A has already made some explorations on the effectiveness management of social work services,and has formed a A service effectiveness management model.The researchers have been fortunate to participate in the whole process of the exploration and research of A service effectiveness management model,and have been promoted in the field of A agency practice.But in the process of promoting the discovery of A services has the effectiveness of management model of centralized stays at the conceptual level,the lack of theory and practice,pay attention to management rather than on service and increasing the practice workers unnecessary burden problem.So the researchers hope to the effectiveness of the service management mode in the A mechanism,to explore and build a more perfect social service performance management mode,the management of service standards,guide service,to ensure the effectiveness of services.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter introduces the current situation of the research on the effectiveness of social service agencies,the research methods and possible innovations.In the second chapter,the author introduces the exploration and practice of the A agency in the effectiveness management of social work services,and analyzes the problems and deficiencies.The third chapter is the basic introduction of research in A service management system on the effectiveness of the construction of new service performance management system,and introduces the new system design process,follow up support link,link,link evaluation reflection accumulation as the main content,and starting from the four aspects of the system,discusses the different links in project management,case work,group work and activities in the application.The fourth chapter from the project management,case work,group work and activities of the overall perspective,combing the new system into the application process in each service,and to "kiss baby" as an example to make a detailed introduction of the operation.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the environment of the new construction mode,the possible effect and the possible problems.The researchers constructed a "service first" to the effectiveness of EM model,through the main line design and monitoring to support the follow-up support link,to serve as the main content of the evaluation change assessment link connecting link and reflection accumulation of four links,guide service management,service effectiveness.Researchers in the EM model and found that in the practice of "baby" project,the EM model can promote the operation of service execution to establish a result oriented consciousness,promote executive pay more attention to the effectiveness of services;the four part clarifies all labor service management,so that executives can in each link to know what to do and what to do. |
