As one of the most important scientific methods in biology teaching, Model method is an essential content of high school biology teaching, also a new requirement which the new curriculum standard proposed to the students. In recent years, the biological model construction teaching research has gradually become a research hotspot, but the effectiveness of biological model construction teaching problems needs to be solved urgently.Based on the investigation on present situation of middle school biology model construction teaching, this study used a questionnaire survey method, combined with the literature method, proposed the construction of high school biology teaching strategy model, and used the teaching experimental strategies, the effectiveness of which was verified by the remarkable teaching practice.High school biology model constructing effective teaching strategies:firstly, improving teachers’ scientific literacy is the foundation; secondly, inquiry-based learning is an effective way of implementing model construction teaching; thirdly curriculum resources construction of the integration models, skills training is the key to carrying out the theme of the series successfully; fourthly making full use of the function of development evaluation will guarantee the promotion of orderly teaching.
