Health Qigong Fashion Research

Since entering the 21 st century,people pay more and more attention to for people's health,health industry is also known as sunrise industry,health qigong is a traditional Chinese fitness body-keeping for shousands of,is also a big part of the health industry,the value of fitness regimen has been confirmed by modern science,how to make the old fitness for more audience service,must be to the deeper research of health qigong,excavate its era characteristics,study its relationship with fashion,to inspire and lead more people especially young white-collar crowd learning and practicing qigong,boosting the economy and national traditional sports industry,improve people's cultural identity.It also has important reference and reference value for organizing and protecting traditional sports of other nationalities.This study adopts the method of documentary,expert interview and questionnaire survey on the development of fashion and health qigong carding and analysis,through to the fashion expert interviews and literature refer to get the current fashion element,made into expert questionnaire,please qigong experts stand in the perspective of health qigong to select the fitness qigong is the fashionable element,finally from the historical roots and creative idea,the four dimensions combination and technology characteristics of the movement of health qigong fashionable elements are analyzed and discussed.Draw the following conclusions:1.Through the fashion experts interview and literature study of fashion and fashion sports summed up the current fashion element,and then through the health qigong expert interviews and questionnaire survey on fashionable element weight analysis,and through the study of qigong teaching,summarizes from the teaching material,the study found that: health qigong health,culture,aesthetics,science,natural,balanced and delicate seven fashionable element.2.According to the historical roots and creative ideas,four dimensions combination and technology characteristics of the movement of health qigong seven fashionable element are analyzed respectively: from the dimension of historical roots,health qigong is derived from the ancient guidance technique still has a profound historical origin,is the carrier of Chinese traditional culture,and current as the national cultural soft power,and according to the questionnaire data analysis it is concluded that culture is the fashionable element of health qigong,from creative ideas to get health and science are fitness qigong fashionable element,obtained from the dimension of movement combination nature,aesthetic,and delicate health qigong is fashionable element,from the technical characteristics of the balance is qigong fashionable element.Given the nature of the health qigong has fashion,it is suggested that health qigong managers,researchers and promoter of health qigong for packaging and positioning,let more practicing comprehensive understanding to the characteristics of health qigong and its relationship with fashion,make health qigong real fashion sports.
