| Due to the rapid development of mobile devices and mobile Internet,the mobility of universities management and service is a trend.The Network Information Center(NIC),playing very important role in colleges and universities,provides basic network and information service for teaching,scientific research and management.However,by means of investigating the present network services situation of some universities in the Northwest,there are some defects such as service mode not flexible,service means not advanced.So a network and information service WeChat public platform is needed to provide convenient,high-quality and efficient network services for users.In the paper,a integrated scheme for the construction of network services WeChat public platform was proposed,which including the design,development and application of the platform.This scheme can be used for reference by other colleges and universities.And also a network service WeChat public platform was built up,which realizing the mobility of universities network service,expanding network service channel and innovating service mode.In the paper,under the guidance of the Marketing Theory of 4Cs,an university network service model based on WeChat public platform was built up,and then the specific network service content,service mode and service planning are also discussed.Finally the model was applied in The Fourth Military Medical University. |
