Rapid strength is one of the important components of physical fitness.Its development level is of great significance to the improvement of athletic ability.Nearly every item of walking,running,jumping and throwing in athletic field needs the athlete to have high rapid strength ability.Therefore,over the years on the rapid strength training methods has always been a hot issue of strength training.Adolescence is a sensitive period of rapid growth of natural strength,the corresponding period of rapid strength exercises are often able to achieve a multiplier effect.The combination of speed and retractable compound training will speed the quality of the body and the strength of the quality of integration,its role in improving the rapid strength has been widely recognized at home and abroad.However,there are relatively few researches on the interface of compound exercises of rapid retraction of lower limbs,and there is some controversy.In this study,10-12 years of age in the study of young people in the study,access to literature,interviews with experts on the basis of different contact interface as the starting point,the subjects were divided into control group,experimental group A And experimental group B for the experiment.The control group received a hard practice,the experimental group A to accept sand practice,experimental group B to accept the combination of sand and hard practice.And the experimental results of statistical analysis,and ultimately come to the following conclusions:1.After the experiment,the results of group B were higher than those of the control group and group A,and there was significant difference between group B and group B(P <0.05).Compared with sandy land and hard land,the combination of sand and hard surface combined with rapid stretching can be more effective in improving the rapid strength of lower limbs of adolescents.2.Compared with the hard ground,the sandy loosening characteristics of the elongation of the muscle elongation-shortening cycle,weakening the effect of rapid stretching compound exercises,resulting in the group after the test results were significantly lower than the hard practice group.Which to some extent reflects the importance of treadmill speed in juvenile lower extremity rapid stretching compound exercises.3.Compared with hard practice and combination practice,sand surface rapid stretching compound exercises to enhance the rapid strength of the lower limbs short-term advantage,and sand exercises can better improve the concentric contraction ability of the lower extremity extensor.4.The adaptation of the human body to the training stimulus takes a long period of time,and the 3 weeks and 6 weeks of rapid stretching exercises do not significantly improve the juvenile's lower limb rapid force.
