Badminton is a sports-oriented,cross-net confrontation sport.As a badminton player,moving faster than the opponent in the game means that you have more time to think about the tactics of the next shot and you can take the lead in attacking.Take the initiative and even win the game.Therefore,the performance of short-distance special agile movement is very important for badminton players.Except for sprinters who need straight-line acceleration,most of the sports nowadays need fast-moving and jumping ability,because they need to change from a static movement to a process of starting,changing direction,and decelerating to the ground.In this process,the technical actions such as surfing the net,fluttering,jumping,and pushing the ball in the badminton project can well reflect the rapid movement and change of direction and emergency stop.This shows that the ability to quickly move and jump can directly affect the ability of badminton players to quickly start,change direction,stop suddenly and the quality of the return ball.This paper uses literature data method,expert interview method,logical analysis method,mathematical statistics method,and experimental method to conduct rapid flexion and compound training for badminton players to explore whether this training method has an effect on athletes' rapid movement and jumping ability.Explore and analyze through the results.In this experiment,20 badminton students(boys)from the Shandong Institute of Physical Education were selected as experimental subjects,and they were divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,with10 people in each group.The two groups were trained for 8 weeks,twice a week(Wednesday,Friday).During the 8-week experiment,the experimental group used the Cormax end release training stand and the Vertimax speed and explosive training platform for rapid telescopic compound training,and The control group received only traditional resistance training.The pre-experiment test was obtained one week before the experiment,and the test index scores were tested again after 8 weeks of training,and the post-experiment test was obtained,and then compared between groups.The test indicators are six: standing long jump,30-meter speed test,knee flexion and vertical jump,badminton special index tests: straight forward and backward running,turn left and right sides,and corner running at low center of gravity.Using Excel and SPSS26.0 to statistically process the experimental results,the results obtained are:1.After 8 weeks of training in the control group,the paired sample T test was performed before and after the experiment.The three items of standing long jump,30-meter speed test,and straight forward and backward running were 0.01 <P?0.05,indicating that there were significant differences before and after the experiment.Sexual differences,knee flexion,vertical jump,left and right side running,four corner running at low center of gravity P> 0.05,indicating that there were no significant differences before and after the experiment.2.After 8 weeks of training,the experimental group performed paired sample T test before and after the experiment,and obtained standing long jump,30-meter speedtest,knee flexion,vertical forward and backward running,left and right forward and backward running,low center of gravity venue Four test indicators of the four corners P?0.01,indicating that there are very significant differences before and after the experiment.3.The independent sample T test was performed on the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.The three items of standing long jump,30-meter speed test,and straight forward and backward running were 0.01 <P?0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference before and after the experiment.The three items of vertical jump,forward and backward running on the left and right sides,and corner running on the low center of gravity P> 0.05 indicate that there are no significant differences before and after the experiment.4.Through training,we can know that to improve the fast movement and jumping ability of badminton players,both traditional resistance training and rapid telescoping training can be used,but the training effect of the latter is higher than that of the former.Among them,rapid telescopic compound training can make standing long jump,30-meter speed test,knee flexion and vertical jump,straight forward and backward run,left and right sides forward and backward,six corners of low center of gravity test results have significantly improved the performance of traditional resistance;Training can significantly improve the performance of the three tests: standing long jump,30-meter speed test,straight forward and backward running.In the three tests of knee flexion,vertical running,forward and backward running on the left and right sides,and four corner running on the low center of gravity,the rapid telescoping compound training is obviously superior to the traditional resistance training.
