Objective:To explore the effect of rapid telescopic compound training on lower extremity explosive power of physical education high examinees in Qingzhou City,Shandong Province,and the improvement effect on three physical examination quality.Research methods:In this experiment,30 male students majoring in table tennis in Qingzhou No.1 Middle School(East Campus)of Shandong Province were included as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group for 12-week intervention experiment.The experimental group received rapid stretching compound training and the control group received traditional strength training.SPSS statistical software was used to conduct independent sample T-test and paired sample T-test for the obtained data.Finally,Graph Pad Prism 9 was used to conduct final statistical plotting.The results were as follows:(1)In situ vertical jump height and second-order leapfrog:the experimental group and the control group showed extremely significant differences before the experiment(P<0.01).After the experiment,the improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and showed significant differences(P<0.05);(2)30 meters running:the experimental group compared with before the experiment showed a significant difference(P<0.01)compared with the control group before the experiment showed a significant difference(P<0.05),after the experiment,although there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,but the improvement of the experimental group is higher than the control group;(3)hands back throwing solid ball,100-meter run,standing long jump,put in place:experimental group and control group compared before the experiment showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01),after the experiment,although there is no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group,but the improvement of the experimental group is higher than the control group.Conclusions:(1)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental group and the control group improved the explosive power and quality of lower limbs.(2)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,both the experimental group and the control group improved their lower limb explosive power and quality.However,from the perspective of growth rate,the experimental group has a better effect.(3)Rapid telescopic compound training can improve the lower limb explosive power of candidates.According to the analysis,rapid telescopic compound training can also promote the development of upper body strength and core strength,thus improving the coordination ability of the body,reducing the incidence of sports injuries,and improving the athletic ability.
