Teachers of general senior school are an important components of education.The conditions of teachers are matter of the growth of students healthily.Teachers’ living state refers to all aspects of their living conditions.And in this study,we mainly focus on the question about whether they are busy.According to this study,it is helpful to understand the details of teachers’ living state recently.Besides,it is useful to call the government and schools always make joint efforts to improve teachers’ working status and may provide some directions.First of all,it demonstrates the feasibility and representative of the investigation through to the group that it includes the state of work of a senior high school’ teachers in Henan province,and the school as a case of thesis topic selection is scientific and practical.Since then,through the relevant literature review of teachers’ living condition,we get the relevant evidence and the general understanding of the survival status.Secondly,by analyzing the questionnaire,interviews and observations,we can get the conclusion that the school teachers’ work is really busy.They are have to throw themselves into various meetings,examination,teaching and researching,correcting students’ papers,student managing students and so on.Which can be found that it is complex,teachers’ role and teachers’ work also have the characteristics of "borderless",and they all give rise to the teacher’s busy further.Apart from these above,the school controls and shapes the teachers’ behaviors through the rigor of discipline,in this way,teachers are busier.Of course,there are many objective factors lead to busying,such as,the different value and so on.The subjective and objective factors play the same role in the result.To teachers,it will bring the double effects,on the one hand,busying makes teachers unable to enhance knowledge,lacks of roles and loses self growth of leisure.On the other hand,busying can promote the growth of the school,contribute to the growth of students and improve the professional development of their own.Then,we should treat teachers’ busy state in a wise mind.Finally,this research puts forward some manipulable approaches to avoid disadvantages for the double-edged sword of busyness.In the first place,schools should obtain diversified space settings and relatively flexible regulations for teachers,which may give them a more comfortable environment.Next,teachers’ core role should be revalued and clearly identified,which is helpful for them to work with certain goals and happily when goals are accomplished.Last but not least,teachers themselves should reflect on their beginner’s mind about being teachers and always work with their beginner’s mind.Only in this way,they can find their value.
