This paper focuses on the performance appraisal of teachers in rural primary schools.At present,rural primary school teacher performance appraisal is necessary to improve and improve the practice of teacher education,and is an effective means to effectively improve the quality and skills of rural primary school teachers.The development of scientific and rational teacher performance appraisal can further improve the teaching level and the overall quality of service of rural primary school teachers.Therefore,it is very meaningful to strengthen the rural primary school performance appraisal research.Based on the analysis and elaboration of the theory of rural primary school performance appraisal,this paper uses the literature method and questionnaire survey and interview method to analyze the implementation method and effect of rural primary school performance in Xingshan County of Hubei Province,and find out the performance appraisal system of rural primary school Unreasonable and unreasonable problems and causes,put forward to develop scientific performance appraisal indicators,improve the performance appraisal incentive mechanism,pay attention to assessment feedback and other recommendations,and put forward the rural primary school performance evaluation future research outlook,with a view to rural primary school teachers performance evaluation experience reference.
