In July 2006,the country's fourth major reform of the wage system,and established a system of post performance salary in public institutions.January 1,2010,the national institutions through the reform of pay-for-performance.So far,China entered the stage of full implementation of performance-related pay in public institutions.As part of the institution of higher vocational colleges to implement pay-for-performance system,mobilize the enthusiasm of staff,promoting the healthy development of the school,has many meanings.After the implementation of pay-for-performance in recent years,emerging problems and shortcomings,this needs to make adjustments to the existing policy,to adapt to higher vocational colleges ' development level,becoming a driving force for the development of higher vocational education.Through the literature review,investigation,interviewing,comparison of Hebei vocational college of foreign language survey the status of implementation of pay-for-performance,analyse the performance of the faculty status of wage income,and by comparison,Hebei vocational college of foreign language found problems existing in the pay-for-performance,and deal with the problems of optimization recommendations:On the content,this article mainly includes five aspects: the first part mainly analyzes the research background and significance of the research,briefly introduces the research contents and research methods;the second part describes the related concepts;the third part focuses on the analysis of the W,the impleme ntation of performance pay status;the fourth part summarizes some problems in the implementation of school performance salary W that is a teacher performance wage income is generally low;the two is the position of the uneven distribution of income gap,education wage performance is too large;the three is the performance evaluation methods have not been applied;four is the lack of a clear performance special award.The fifth part of the perfect performance pay implementation puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,one is appropriate to improve the level of teachers' performance salary;two is a reasonable setting position,ensure the fairness of Performance Wages;the three is to establish and perfect the scientific performance assessment methods,to ensure the effectiveness of the performance salary;the four is to improve the allocation of incentive pay for performance measures the level of wages,performance of all kinds of personnel balance;five is to develop a reasonable performance special incentives,the performance salary incentive effect.
