Research On Psychological Education Management In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Network Age

With the popularization and application of Internet technology,the network environment which mixed good and bad together exert a great influence to the college students' mental health.Especially for those students who are in the second "psychological weaning period",but bear the responsibility of learning in higher vocational colleges,the negative effect of network is more prominent.The traditional psychological health education management can not meet the needs of the current higher vocational colleges.Therefore,exploring new management mode of Higher Vocational Colleges in the era of psychological health education,reforming the management concept?content and form of mental health education,have a great significance to improve the effectiveness of psychological education management and students' psychological qualityin higher vocational colleges.This paper starts with the definition of mental health education in Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristics of the Internet era,a brief overview of the Internet;secondly,in the psychological health education of vocational college management impact under the background of the times,taking Wuxi Institute of Arts and Technology as the research object,through the questionnaire survey of students and teachers,analysis of a single,education management way in mental health management the process of education in current higher vocational colleges and teachers,lack of management become the main problems form of work conditions,lack of resources,lack of feedback mechanism.At the same time,explore the causes from the aspects of management principle,system construction,work support,teachers team construction;finally put forward two pronged government educational institutions and vocational colleges management department two levels,will strengthen investment and publicity,standardized training team and perfect psychological counseling ethics system,the implementation of network supervision and promote cooperation with the Department of higher vocational college the innovation of management concept,teaching quality and quantity,improve the service management system and evaluation mechanism,optimize the network platform and other measures combining countermeasures and suggestions,to provide effective reference for Higher Vocational Colleges in the Internet age the management of mental health education.
